Master Tree beat all the other quotes (blindly), including the ones from Facebook Marketplace. Esteban showed up the first time to give me the estimate and explained that "a team" would show up, take all the necessary safety precautions, remove it in ONE hour, grind the stump on site (they show up with big, new trucks), and clean up. Well, they did just that PLUS they trimmed other trees for an additional nominal fee, removed other debris I had at no additional fee, and did an amazing job with the cleanup! Their office staff handled the scheduling, emailed me their liability proof of insurance, handled the billing invoice, processed payment and receipt with extreme efficiency! While Clint was there, I had him assess the trees in the back and paid out of pocket for him to prune and shape them. Clint also advised that we consider removing two small ash trees in the back in the next few years, as they will eventually grow far too large for the space. The trees were planted by the original homeowners, and while I'm sad they will eventually have to go, I'll definitely call Clint and his team to come out to handle that work.
