I love V & Co and I am so happy they are in the neighborhood! When I saw there was going to be medspa coming to my block I was so excited and they did not disappoint! Everyone is so nice and they aren't trying to get you to add on things you don't want or need. They are also very generous and have given me discounts for minor inconveniences which is really going above and beyond other medspa experiences I have had. Cynthia is so sweet and I feel like really cares that I get the results I want for removing hair with the laser and with trying botox for the first time. Rae is so personable and knowledgeable about acne and redness and I loved the skinwave facial. Courtney at the front desk is very considerate and takes care of everyone that comes in! They are also crazy fast in responding to emails and have been really flexible with making their membership work for me. On top of all this, they offer a membership program with discounts and overall their pricing is reasonable. They do a great job of providing medical based treatments and establishing trust as experts in the field while still feeling like you are pampering yourself to a relaxing experience. They're less than 10 minutes away from me and in a really nice new plaza with a convenient parking garage. I had my eyebrows done with Vivian and I love the results! I have had such painful experiences with Microblading my brows in the past, plus the color never took. But Vivian's different technique was so precise and so gentle. I couldn't believe that I was in zero pain. My skin was not traumatized at all like with microblading. It's been over a year since I got them done and they still look great! (I have very little natural brow hair) The shape is there so that I can fill them in a bit. Initially, I was so intimidated to get fillers or Botox because I was afraid of looking overdone or unnatural. That all changed when I went to see Nurse Val for my consultation and treatment. She reassured me that the results would be subtle/natural, and I absolutely love my results! I did lip fillers as well as Botox during my appointment and love how it looks on me. She has superb attention to detail and made sure my lips were symmetrical since naturally, one side is fuller than the other for me. I saw my boyfriend right after my appointment, and he could not tell that I had anything done at all! I had been a fan of nurse Val's work for awhile so I got a membership at her previous job just so I can get work done by her. Then she opened up this place, so I had to get a membership here because I don't know too much about fillers/botox etc and I really feel like I can trust her judgement. I'll always ask "can we do this?" Or "should we do this" and she'll be honest with me and tell me what I don't need. She doesn't need to upsell because her calendar is always busy. Now here's my review for the procedure. I am VERY sensitive to pain and my pain tolerance is embarrassingly low. I've been to plastic surgeons and a few other places and it's always been a nightmare. But since my wedding is coming up, I decided to suck it up and go through the pain again. I let Val know that I was a big cry baby, and she made sure she gave me extra numbing and it barely hurt!!!! I was shocked! Her technique is just . I am so so so happy with my lips. Nurse Val is a nurse practitioner, and not an RN. If you research nose fillers, you'll find out that they can be pretty dangerous. She did an xray to make sure she wouldn't be hitting any nerves, and this extra service is something I've never seen anywhere else before. I came out feeling so much cuter! read more
