I had a failed sump pump in my basement, and two valves in the laundry room that we're leaking. I called up several plumbers. Not too many we're even open in a Saturday afternoon. Vince was the only one who was able to give me a quote on the phone, and a reasonable one at that. His nephew Mike and another gentlemen came within an hour and we're able to fix everything up, no problem. Next day one of the valves in the laundry room started leaking again. I called up Vince. He was extremely gracious and apologetic about the situation. Mike was back out the same day and took care of everything. BE AWARE! Hired this contractor to install a water heater, we agreed he would cover the permit. When the village reached out to him to let him know the permit was filled out incorrectly he ignored them. I found out because they wouldn't renew our rental license until this was cleared. I reached out to the company and they assured me it would be fixed and taken care of. This company has now chosen to ghost us and not complete their end of the deal. I had Kyle and Miguel come over to work on my plumbing. They removed concrete and gravel as well as my dishwasher to get to the problem. I had a broken cast iron pipe that needed replacement and lining done on another 20 or so feet of pipe. They cleaned up after themselves very well and treated my parents as well as myself with the upmost respect. Kyle and Miguel both stayed after finished work to see if there are any further issues. For any of our future plumbing needs I will call them for help. For everything it was a little over 8 thousand we did have quotes from 2 other companies bother saying it will be closer to 10k for the work. The value of there work is worth it. read more

Non-emergency replacement of a 50 gallon gas water heater in the basement. Called for an estimate and Vince replied right away. He scheduled the work for the next day. Poor workmanship. After their repair work several pipe joints were found leaking. Even after several requests they never came back to fix those leaks. They didn't care to follow up with the poor workmanship once they are paid. I had to call a different plumber to fix those leaks. Avoid them. read more

Renters moved in to the rental home on Aug. 1, 2016, and called basement sewer backed up on Aug 2nd. I called a plumbing company in Palatine, the plumber estimated the job would cost close to a grant, later on after discussing with his boss, he stated it is about $3500- $3800 due to company policy they cannot work from basement and have to do it from outside, and they will do it on Aug 3rd. Mr. Vince came to the rescue at 6:00pm because tenants need a working sewer system. Vince initially said he will charge $1200 for the job, and after he was done with the job, he called, sent me picture, told me the charge is $300!
