I noticed a lot of mix reviews here, but I can assure that everything was super clean, which is something I'm a bit of a stickler about. I sometimes get nervous with removals also because of previous salons I've visited. However, Michelle did a great job at being extremely gentle with my removal. I gave this salon a try as it's close to my home and my usual salon was busy. This nail salon is clean and I didn't have to wait at all to be seen once I checked in. They have a wide range of gel colors and the nail technicians are friendly without being overly chatty. However, I would not recommend coming here on a hot day as they either do not have an HVAC or do not use it at all. They just have the front door propped open which it makes for a really uncomfortable situation. I might give them another chance when it gets cooler but it's a no from me during the hot summer days. read more

I do not live in this area and I searched Instagram and TikTok to find a nail salon to go to while I'm up here and that's when I found blossom Hill nail spa. I looked at their Instagram and decided to book an appointment with Moon for a fill with design when I booked an appointment online as you will see in the photo attached it says $60+. When I arrived, they put me with Kevin even though I had booked with moon and there was no explanation as to why I was seeing a different nail tech than who I booked with. I showed Kevin the photo of the design I wanted and he said he could do that no problem- 2 hours and 15 minutes later the design isn't really what I wanted and neither is the color; as you can see the color I wanted was blue as the base color and instead I got white. The design that Kevin gave me is cute but it doesn't really match what I asked for. Then I went to check out and they told me it was $120 instead of the $60 that it showed at time of booking. When I asked why it's double the price, she said "our booking doesn't show a price for design." I said "yes it does, it shows $60+" she said "oh sorry about that, he should've told you it was going to be more" This felt like a huge bait and switch. read more

I had my nails done today by Moon and she did such an amazing job! They look exactly like the inspo picture I showed her she had incredible attention to detail. I tried builder gel for the first time so I'll update with how they last. I thought that all of the staff were super sweet, I didn't have to wait at all, and I thought the salon was clean and had a nice vibe. I like that they tell you the price before they get started including the designs. I would definitely recommend trying them! UPDATE: it's been more than two week and everything has lasted so well! Gosh, I feel sad that I have to write this review but feel it's important. I went in for a pedicure and the technician seemed to be great. The only complaint I had at the time (which I kept to myself) was that when the technician was folding up my towels there was a about a 3x3 inch fresh blood mark on the towel which wasn't from me! She quickly folded the towel over. I didn't want to say anything and I really should have since it was at the end of the appointment. I went home upset and washed my feet immediately with soap and water. I work in healthcare and am well educated on sanitation and infection control. It's very difficult to find a nail salon that complies and often there is a communication issue. I thought this salon was a winner and I have been coming here for years. Well...just a week ago I've been noticing pain in my big toe. Itchiness at the border and pain and tingling on my big toe penetrating into my foot and ankle. I felt the need to see the doctor and he questioned if the technician cut at an angle causing an ingrown toenail or pushed too harshly. I am now doing Epsom salt soaks and prescribed an antibiotic, bactrim. It is difficult to find a nail salon where you feel safe in and I thought I found the place. The blood on the towel was enough of a red flag for me to question their cleanliness especially when blood borne pathogens are transmissible in a nail salon. No one wants to get a disease in exchange for pretty nails or a nail infection. Now with this constant nail pain I will not return and cannot recommend this salon anymore. :( read more

I came in for the first time ever I asked if they do structured gel manicure, and they said yes. I said I would like structured gel on my hands and a gel pedicure. All was great till my hands were worked on, it was a man who did them he was rough on my hands, and when I picked a color he was already just doing polish, it wasn't till I saw the fan for my nails that I said "this isn't gel?" And he said no it was polish but I never asked or mentioned regular polish. So then I said yk what I'll just have my nails natural, because the shaping was off and I was upset but was nice to him and all because maybe he's new? I don't know. Then I was done and I got to checkout. I paid $110 for a pedicure and cutting my nails the explanation was that he removed my cuticle and that's an extra $15??? I was internally furious. I came in with high expectations given other reviews and the location. But this was my worst nail salon experience. $110 for that service was not okay. I didn't refuse to pay but please know exactly what's being put on and done to you and how much the service is before just getting it done. DO NOT GO HERE. I just got my nails done here for my wedding 10/11 at 12pm and i decided to get dip nails with the design. The lady who did my nails cut the skin around my nails and now im hurting BEFORE MY WEDDING. I showed her a picture of what I had saw on their instagram and she didn't even do it. I just got basic french tips with a cap extended my nails. The lady also doing my nails also aggressively cut my real nails because I had told her I wanted the nail longer before we had got too far in the process. She still ended up charging me full price! My first experience wasn't great and I did t like the quality of work but on my second time I tried Emmy and she was excellent! What I ended up with is a mess. For $70 they did not cut my cuticles and my nails were askew. I didn't know my nails were lifting because my cuticles, that I asked to be cut not drilled, were attached to the base of my dip. Why you ask? Because my nail tech never touched my cuticles. I ended up having to cut my cuticles myself. It was when I was doing my hair, I noticed my nails snagged my hair. This is strange because my hair is straight and I JUST had my nails done. My dip usually can last a month. I reached out and the receptionist notified me that it had been 10 days after getting my nails done - asked why I waited?? And that they looked pretty grown own out. She then called me, I suspect to directly berate me, I really should've recorded the conversation because I believe she called me to be her true self. She verbally harassed me on the phone and then hung up on me. She sounded so ghetto and aggressive, over talked me, and emotionally projected as if I was yelling at her. I could barely even explain myself. Maybe if she stopped talking she can hear someone else for a change and find a mature resolution. Save your money and go to an actual luxury spa. read more

The chairs all have a massage function that they start automatically when you sit down. They offer you something to drink if you dont already and start promptly. I did note that all of the pedicure bowls were already lined up and their carts are fully stocked with clean tools. They have every color imaginable available in gel or regular polish. I have been a loyal Blossom client for probably 7-8 years now, and it's because of Van. When I started at Blossom, I learned about dip nails and that's when I met Van. Van is literally the best in the business. Her attention to detail is amazing, and she always makes sure I leave with nails that are flawless. I've been going Blossom Nail Spa for about two years and while the quality of work is still great, the service has been a bit underwhelming. My go to nail tech unfortunately left last year and she told me to see Van the next time I come in. I requested Van for my next nail appointment and while she was actually there at the salon, she had already started working on a different client. I thought it was a little strange and brought it up before I began and the lady that was working on me said "oh sorry she's busy" (this was in April 2023). After taking a break from getting my nails done, I made another appointment this past week requesting Vanessa as I wanted to get a special design and knew she could do it based on some conversations I had with my friend who regularly goes to her. I get there again and Vanessa was working on another client so a different nail tech named Ruby prepped my nails. Vanessa then proceeded to work on a different client that had an appointment at the same time as me who also requested her. I find it weird that the system somehow double booked. So this is now my second time requesting a specific nail tech and a different nail tech ends up working on my nails. Luckily Ruby did a fantastic job on my nails, but I didn't get to do that intricate design I wanted originally. Overall, be aware before booking that you may not actually get the nail tech you requested and they won't mend the situation. read more

My family and I have been in a few nail salons in the area but lately we have been coming here on the regular. We tend to go on Saturdays so an appointment/reservation is must-have. I usually make the appointment online on their website in the morning and I can always get a time slot in the afternoon. I do see some walk-ins that they can accommodate but often, they get booked up. I like the convenience of the online booking as you can see the different options they offer for their services and book whatever pleases you. When I get in, they know what I requested and I have never been up sold to get extra services. I usually get a pedicure and my kiddo gets the kids mani/pedi. For the kid's service - they have 2 special hello kitty chairs for the little ones. It's so cute and special. They really take their time to pamper their guests. There are a ton of options for colors. I also love that they have a body thermometer before you enter in. They also offer some light refreshments. Absolutely wonderful job by Thuy and a great clean facility. I am super glad I found this place. After the injury from my visit to another nail salon healed, I decided to look for a new nail salon and also redo my nails. I booked a sort of last minute appointment @ Blossom and the confirmation was really quick. My appointment started on time and I got lucky to have Thuy do my nails. Wow! No words for how horrible our experience was at this nail salon. I went in with my young daughter for a BASIC mani / pedi. From the first moment, they kept pushing us to upgrade to gel nails. Then we very clearly signed up for a kids mani pedi and adult pedi. The adult mani pedi is $80!! Again - I very clearly stated I didn't want an adult pedi for my daughter because it's too expensive. (If it wasn't available for her age - I would have only gotten a mani for her and a pedi for me.) We start the process and after 10 mins they say it's an adult pricing for her so I ask them to stop. I then realize they have put CALLUS REMOVER ON HER FEET!! She's 10 years old! She doesn't have any calluses!! It's an acid and I would never agree to use something like that on a young child's young skin!! It's toxic and will damage her skin. The technician calls the owner who proceeds to tell me that I have to pay the full price for the service (they weren't even 1/3 of the way through it). Then when I realized there was acid on her feet - I was startled / concerned and asked them to wash it off her feet. Then she yells at me and asks me to leave. I left a tip for my technician. She was so nice and I felt bad for her. Horrible horrible experience. I left shaking and my daughter was crying because the OWNER WAS SO RUDE. Went in for an acrylic powder color full set and a pedicure. When I made the appointment it was $65 for the full set and $50 for the pedicure. When I went in, they said, additional $15 for the nails because they had to remove my old set. So make that $80 for my nails and $50 for the pedicure. Ok, expensive, usually not too worried but in this case my pedicure (sat there for 2 and a half hours) is a disaster. After I got home I looked at my toes and the entire left food was smudged. A couple weeks ago I made an appointment for a pedicure. My feet were in desperate need of some TLC! They combine safety & elegance! I easily made my appointment online. Upon arrival, there's a device you look at to assess your temperature. (It looks like an ipad, but it's not.) They have great chairs & the salon is beautiful. There were only 4 clients in the salon at a time & they were seated in every other chair. Staff wear masks & gloves. I was incredibly impressed by the plexiglass that was used once I was seated in my pedicure chair. It was rolled over to me & surrounded me on all sides. It allowed for my feet to be accessible to the technician but protected me as well as others in the room. There was also plenty of space for me. I also witnessed how the plexiglass was cleaned. They used an electronic disinfectant dispenser on both the plexiglass & the chair. So impressive! My service was amazing! It was absolutely what I needed! *My only criticism is that my $50 pedicure only included 5mins of massage so I added 20mins of massage. read more
