Again, kind of lacking in flavor but the sauce makes up for it. They use the same sauce was the banh beo. Some people like it coocnuty but me personally it was a tad bit too much. But they give a large portion of veggies to wrap your banh xeo in, that's really good. I hate when places skimp out on things like that, or when they only give lettuce. They gave fish mint, mint, cucumbers, basil. (3.5/5) Bun Bo hue: flavor of the broth is good, could use a tad bit more salt but the condiments at the table help a lot. I came here with my mom and we orders the Pho Tai, Vermicelli with grilled pork and egg roll, and the Bun Xeo (small rice plates). The best things was just the Bun Xeo, the fish sauce was good with it but I'd give that a 3.5 out of 5. The pho broth definitely tasted like instant broth and didn't seem to have been with the beef bones long enough. The noodles for the vermicelli dish seemed like cheap(er) noodles or wasn't cooked well. Please note this was their first month or so. So they have time to grow and change. I may come back to try again after some time
