    Trying to bring up the ratings, as the negative reviews do not reflect the views of owners and those who actually stay at a resort. VI is a timeshare. Most owners, like us are extremely happy with the program and facilities. Friendly, courteous and welcoming staff. Great facilities and activities for guests and families. Our children are looking forward to inheriting the program.

    I've been an owner since 1988 and have been to so many wonderful places in the US and Mexico....Puerto Vallarta is lovely! My last vacation was to Torres Mazatlan with my daughters. We enjoyed most of our time at the pool where the servers knew our orders! We'll be back!

    I can't write enough about how happy I am with VI ! We did puerto vallarta and mazatlan resorts and I just love everything. So convenient with 2 small kids . The giant kitchens have more that you need , the activities are so fun , the staff is so friendly and helpful. It's so worth it! Torres mazatlan is a bit bigger resort and if you can get 1 st floor , you can just roll out to the pool :) and the restaurant is delicious too.

    "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" -- someone wise. This place is a scammy wammy, stay away! They are not accredited by the BBB (better business bureau) and have had multiple complaints filed against them. Good thing I googled them before giving them any more of my time. They called saying 'you've won a free vacation because you entered in our sweepstakes at the ____fair!" and when asked what company they affiliated with, they started mumbling saying we should come by to accept our free vouchers. OK sure. We stop by at 8PM. Red flags from the moment we arrived: 1) They are located in some random complex with ratty furniture even tho they said the location was new? 2) The stench of Scam was heavy in the air (pumpkin spice candle to hide the stale cigarettes) and loud, mind-rattling "feel good" music. Also the photos on the wall were weird black and white stock photos. Not of real people enjoying their free vacations or holding up vouchers with smiling faces. Thems was stock ass photos. And the magazines on the tables were books taken from old libraries or were second-hand from SOMwhere. They still have the serial number stamped on them and the covers are old and ratty. The pages inside were yellow like no one had ever opened it for a long time. Why would an AwESomE vacation company not have the latest edition travel mags? Pamphlets detailing their resorts? They're intentionally keeping you blind at the front before you go in. 3) I put my occupation down on the info form vaguely as "teacher" and the lady checking my ID kept pressing me for an answer. "what kind of teacher? Where at"? NUNYA. as in nunya business. Why do she need to know so many private details if im receiving a so-called "free" vacation? So they can make me payyy for it!!!! Ehhh? Good, right? (They need to make sure I have money for them to take ;) It gets better. There were other couples in the waiting area too, and I realized they make EVERYONE who entered the sweepstakes think they won a vacation ...and then they lock you in the sales room to hassle you until you buy something. Why would they have a NO CELLPHONE sign in the age of cell phones? So you can't keep track of time or you can't call the cops on them mid-harassment. I walked out of there real fast and made sure to take my info sheet along with me before they entered my details into the computer, which could mean they would continue calling me in the future for more "free" vacations I might win.

    II. Negligent Construction and Safety Hazards (Early 2025 - Present)…read more* August 2025: Charter Construction began repairs on my unit. Throughout the process, the site was not maintained. Sharp debris (nails, screws, staples) was consistently left in common areas. * Insufficient Remediation: Despite multiple requests to clean the site, contractors used high-powered leaf blowers, which turned sharp debris into dangerous projectiles rather than removing them. * Injury to Pet: On January 22, 2026, my dog, Kaos, stepped on a large scaffolding screw left in the dirt by Charter Construction. This resulted in a broken nail and exposure of the "quick," causing significant pain and necessitating veterinary concern costing me close to $600 for an emergency visit. * Failure to Act: As of January 29, 2026, despite notifying Morris management, no cleanup of the common areas has occurred. I continue to find sharp debris daily. III. Construction Defects and Resulting Property Damage * Roofing Failure: Following the special assessment work, the roofing company performed a substandard installation. * Water Intrusion: The roof currently leaks into the master bedroom and bathroom. * Mold/Bacteria Growth: Failure to properly dry the attic prior to sealing the roof has resulted in severe mold and mildew proliferation. This has spread to personal property, including a $4,000 sofa, sentimental military uniforms, clothes and other items. * Damages: A general contractor has estimated the cost of remediation and repair at $100,000+. IV. Personal Injury and Health Impact * Medical History: I have a history of severe asthma, previously requiring hospitalization and mechanical ventilation. * Exacerbation: After 21 years of being symptom-free, the mold and bacteria resulting from the negligent construction have caused a recurrence of severe wheezing and respiratory distress. My home is currently a documented health hazard.

Just received notice today that our water is being shut off because they haven't paid our utility bill for the past 2 months. Called the city and they said they've been trying to email and call MM with no response. How ridiculous! When you request for maintenance, no response and as a result the property is not well managed and hurts the value of the home. Yet, they continue to accept our monthly dues. What are we even paying for? A cushy CEO to live his privileged life while us homeowners get screwed over. How are they still in business. Stay far far away from Morris Management, unless you like to give money to a company that will do nothing and devalue your home.

It was so poorly run that even…read moreafter we told them we were leaving we still did not get a timely reply back until I cc'd management and other staff we had interacted with on the emails. We calculated how much money we were getting after their fees and all the repairs they had done (for our 1990 house that was in great shape) and it turned out to be 65% of the rent. If you need anything be prepared to interact with their robust team of offshore folks in the Philippines. We are still unclear why we needed our septic pumped 2x within 2 years and were quoted $3-4k each time as they did not send us the detailed breakdown of the requested work. We had a suspicion that the folks they use for maintenance and for other repairs were financially incentivized or tied to the company as we did not receive multiple bids and it looked like SJA had ties to the company doing the work. Shout out to Kayla Schwartz who never answered any of my emails until I cc'd Claudette Scott. They did not seem to fully do walk throughs and left our property and wood floors covered in dog pee pads during the walk through. We requested that they not allow tenants to use our fireplace and found they had left that in the listing so we were legally obligated to allow it. Neat. If you want to lose significant amounts of value and gain 0 value except for a huge headache, SJA is the property management firm for you!

    5 stars for David Lee who we met for ProCare maintenance consultation. He was genuine, very…read moreknowledgeable/experienced, and he made it clear that resident experience was a priority. Overall, helped improve our impression of IH. Teresa was also helpful, friendly, knowledgable during the application process. IH itself has room for improvement. Weird rules were not made clear until after we applied, upon which we were informed that lease date had to be 5 days from home ready date, which was subject to variability contrary to what was listed on leasing apps (Ie. Zillow). We communicated our desire to start on a specific date in application, but this was not able to be accommodated even thought there was only one day difference. Communication could be improved regarding this, as well as other information. We received automated messages such as requests for the security deposit prior to signing the lease. Also we were not informed of the pre-move orientation until after the application that required us to be in town prior to moving in with only one weeks notice, which was a significant inconvenience. I'd recommend that IH consider changing this policy since not everyone is moving within the town to another home, but may be living out of state or several miles away with work obligations.

If there are additional concerns presenting an immediate hazard, please send me photos and we'll get someone out to address the tress. It may be slow, due to the aforementioned scheduling difficulties for that property. Respectfully, Isaac Raymond Supervisor, Regional Rehab & Turn Still Would give them a zero. Was told someone would call me to let me know when they would send a crew out over 1 week ago. No call. Would not recommend. Lack of any sort of real action.

    Have used Alderwood twice on large backyard living space projects and recommend them highly…read more First, they take the time to work with you on a design (they have designers on staff) that incorporates all elements, provide you with material samples, pictures, etc. When we struggled to make decisions they took us "shopping" to see samples (light fixtures, paver types, etc) and helped us visualize. We've been really impressed by this process. The construction crews are highly professional. They are thoughtful and careful with neighbors when dealing with moving equipment in and out, noise, and those kinds of things. They are great communicators and set really good expectations about project length and other details. When we asked for tweaks or changes midstream there was never any grousing or grumbling - they were very focused on making sure we were 100% happy. The guys are our crew were Colin, Max and Michael, and Patrick was the Construction Manager. In both cases, the finished projects were even more stunning than we expected. Top notch.
