    Salad!

Rustica salad is outstanding with fresh feta and just a hint of balsamic. Pizza double crispy and hot! Add a glass of Pinot Grigio wine, and you have the best date night ever!

Kind and welcoming staff. Smells amazing. Very helpful when explaining what's on each pizza inside is warm. I got 4 slices to try with others and they were amazing. If you are in the area please check them out!

Little neighborhood pizzeria with personality and wood ovens! Service was awesome witty and funny. Our margherita pizza was a bit underdone in the middle, which I know they would have corrected in an instant but we were suddenly in a rush receiving a 'help!' call from work! That wasn't even an emergency. Clear & concise communication is the foundation of successful operations. But don't mind me. We will be back! Oh shit! And the house salad was delicious!

Cute and tiny spot for locals. They have a couple of different kinds of slices available and very fairly priced. Usually walk over with my hubby and toddler. We like to eat in because they serve ice cold beer and even have frosted mugs right in the soda fridge!

The Pizza and food are delicious and have been for years. Everyone is always super sweet to me and I am just grateful they're still there. Best Pizza in the area for sure. So thin and delicious I love it!

Solid local pizza spot. Ordered a Sicilian pie and a coal fired pie. The Sicilian pie had a nice crust and generous amounts of sauce and cheese. The sauce was a little sweet but good. The coal fired pie had prosciutto and truffle oil and had some nice leoparding on the crust. It may have suffered a little tiny bit in traveling via delivery and was a little cool but no big deal.

We went straight to this place right after few hours stay on the beach as we get hungry. Can't believe that I have never visited this neighborhood pizzeria. I am bad. :) Hubby and I ordered a 12 in pie of one of their brick oven specialty pizza- Rustico which is made of mushooms, prosciutto, goat cheese, sun-dried tomato & garlic for $12.95. It was worth the wait. The crust is thin and crusty but chewy. The veggies are perfectly cooked. My hubby tried their in-house beer and delighted of the taste. Our waiter was quick, funny and helpful. The place is clean and welcoming. It is a wonderful place to hang-out , a pizzeria of its own class. I am planning to come back to try other stuff in their menu and will definitely bringing a company of friends. P.s.; they do delivery too!

Pasta with goat cheese. Perfectly cooked and well worth waiting in traffic after leaving Belmont

Stumbled upon this place by accident after Belmont day. It was late, our group couldn't agree on anything and we had trains to catch. We found this place on a corner road and I couldn't be happier!!! It looked like they were closing down but the owner said he was happy to stay open and cook. Not heat things up, but make our food from scratch!!! I'm so glad he did. Our group of 5 was thrilled with the food. Salad, shrimp sub and 3 kinds of pasta. Also a caprese salad to start. The Caprese was good, the tomatos were delicious, I could have gone for some more vinegar. I also tried the carbonara. Not as good as Italy but well cooked, flavorful and rich. Yum. Now my pasta was heavenly. The noodles put Rome's to shame they were so well cooked and the sauce was just delicious. No metallicky jar sauce here! The addition of goat cheese made it creamy and coated my mouth with richness. In fact, I now add goat cheese to my sauce at home just before serving! This pasta was also amazing cold the next morning at 6 am in the cab to the airport. Next time I'm at Belmont, all the suckers can head to the city, I'm headed here.

Sorry I won't sound that way in this review. I don't jump on YELP to review right away unless something's really got me irritated and fed-up. The Ambiance is basic pizza place IMHO.. Plenty of tables and space. I've eaten pizza and pasta dishes for at least 65 of my 70+ years on this earth and worked in a pizza place during the late 70s-early 80's and I KNOW my pizza AND pasta, especially the sauce. Today's baked ziti and baked stuffed shells was literally out of this world, meaning it tasted like it came from an alien, possibly one of those we've been hearing about on the MSM news. It Was HORRIBLE! No, I don't have pictures because I do NOT have a cell phone or a cam. My wife does but she is not home today. Trust me, I do NOT knock pizza places unless it is well deserved, like this place. This was the 3rd time I've tried this place. The 1st time I ordered the same as today. It was delicious. The 2nd time I ordered a round cheeses pie which was a bit too well done for me, so not satisfied. The very 1st time I had just a slice or 2 and was very satisfied, which is why I went back. Today, I'm sorry I decided to stop there. It's a total waste of $27 as I can't even eat this. It looks and tasted like leftover food from last night. The stuffed shells were way overcooked. So soft that when I attempted to transfer to a big bowl, they fell apart. Too soft and the "ricotta" was not creamy or melted. It looked like ricotta does when it's gone bad. I was afraid to eat it, THAT'S how bad it looked. I did TRY it along with the baked ziti, but not good at all. So, you might wonder how the baked ziti was? HA! NOT GOOD AT ALL! The ziti tasted as it looked. Overcooked. Some brown "burn" spots on the mozz, (very little cheese) and the same "expired looking" ricotta. I tried a couple fork fulls but it tasted burnt to me. well done, burnt and dry. Sorry guys but this was horrible and unacceptable. This was to be for my wife and me tonight. Now I'll just make my own, which I'm quite capable of and KNOW it will be edible and much much better than the garbage I was given today. I would call but the convo would not be pretty since I'm in a rotten mood, so I am just writing it here. I won't waste my time or gas in bringing it back. This place is NOT around the corner. I was just passing by again so I figured I'd get some hot food. I should've stuck with the pizza. I mean really; how do you screw up baked ziti and shells? There's 3 ingredients plus the pasta. The Ricotta HAD to be bad to begin with and then the overcooking it compounded it - or vice-versa. I hate throwing away food but this is going in the garbage AFTER I get my wife to take a couple pics. Both meals are in a big bowl, mixed together since the shells fell apart and I THOUGHT maybe the ziti could be salvaged using some of the sauce from the shells but even then, it tasted horrible. Obviously, Enzo's is off my fav. places to eat pizza/pasta list. It does take the #1 worst ziti and shells spot though. So bad I wouldn't even want another order if offered. I'll take the loss. It's not the first time I've wasted cash. Live and learn. Calda, Positano's, Sbarro's, Gino's and a couple other places nearer to me have yet to disappoint, so I'll stay with them. So now, having just wasted $27 and annoyed at that thoughh it could've been worse, I'm going to drink my blues away with a beer or 3 and then I'll feel better - or fall asleep in front of the TV. If my wife takes a picture and we can figured out how the heck to upload it from her phone, I'll do that as soon as possible. EDIT: The bread given with the meal was also hard and cold as if ( again ) it was leftover from yesterday or even before then. But from what I recall about the bread, it looks a lot better than it tastes. I'll be throwing that out too.

The plain cheese slice was exactly what it was supposed to be and the barbecue chicken was shockingly delicious. I probably could've (should've) only had the chicken barbecue ...it was super heavy and thicker than the standard slice. Somehow I managed to take one for the team and not have any leftover. Go figure. My colleague wolfed down his Sicilian slice and garlic knots. He was very happy. So many different options. I'd like to go back and try a few others.

We ordered a slice of Grandma pizza, cold antipasto for two, calamari fritti, Caesar salad, pasta alla vodka, shrimp scampi, and chicken Francese. Needless to say, we left with plenty of leftovers. The standout item was the Grandma pizza, which was excellent. The crust, sauce, and overall flavor were exactly what we were hoping for. The other dishes were good, but generally average and not particularly memorable or exceptional. Nothing was bad, but aside from the pizza, nothing really distinguished itself from similar offerings at other local Italian restaurants. The service was personable and friendly. However, it fell short of exemplary. We had to ask several times to have our water glasses refilled. To be fair, it was a very busy evening and our waiter appeared to have his hands full, which likely contributed to the oversight. The décor felt somewhat dated and could benefit from an update. While ambiance isn't everything, it does contribute to the overall dining experience. For us, the biggest drawback is location. At about a 25-minute drive from home, we didn't find the experience compelling enough to justify a return visit. There are simply too many other restaurants on our list that we'd rather try or revisit. While we don't regret giving it a chance, it's probably a one-and-done visit for us.
