Great that its right next to stop and shop. Picked up a couple of slices right after grocery shopping. Loved the chicken roll and plain pizza. been here a couple of times and it doesn't disappoint. I would come here more often if they offered Hawaiian pizza which they were pretty clear they would never do. The service is fast but you have to always ask for plates and the plates are so thin. The staff is very nice it does get a little crowded but the staff moves quickly to get everyone's order in. The pizza is really good. The crust is nice and crispy, and the sauce tastes great. It's a small shop up front with some booths in the back, a comfortable location. They had a plethora of pizza in a small area up front on display. Honestly, anything you can think of was there. (Except the slice with Pineapple.) A friendly team member took our order and asked kindly to wait just a few minutes. It was just that... a few minutes for get our slices. Nothing terrible but nothing outstanding either. We got a vodka penne slice, grandma slice, chicken bacon ranch slice, and Buffalo chicken slice. The slices are large, which is cool. The flavor was unfortunately bland, I threw a good amount of garlic on my slices to get some level of flavor. The crust was thin and crunchy, which was nice. I've been ordering from this place for a long time and every week, I request the pizza sauce (or "pie sauce," as one employee told me to call it) on the side so I can dip the pizza crust. More often than not, they've gotten it wrong sending their pasta sauce and never offered to correct it. For the last two weeks, however, they finally got it right--so I assumed the issue was resolved. Tonight, I called and specifically asked for the pie sauce, using the exact term I was told to use. The girl on the phone yessed me to death, but when my order arrived, it was the wrong sauce again. When I called to clarify, she immediately had an attitude, sighed while I was speaking, and eventually got the manager, who then claimed to be the owner. He told me they "don't do the pie sauce" because people could copy their recipe--something I've never heard in all the years I've been ordering. I pointed out that I've been given the sauce before, but he insisted that was a mistake and dismissed my concerns. On top of that, no other pizzeria pulls this nonsense. Every other place will give you a side of pizza sauce if you ask--especially with garlic knots. It's not some special sauce, it's just a marinara, the same sauce they use on their pizzas. That's like saying I'm not going to sell someone my chocolate chip cookies because they can copy my recipe, lol. It's absurd! Beyond the inconsistent delivery service, the customer service is terrible. No apology, no accountability--just excuses and attitude. If they had simply told me from the start that they don't give out the sauce, I wouldn't have wasted my time or money continuing to request it and order it. But charging me extra, giving me the wrong sauce, and then acting like I'm the problem? That's unacceptable. The only good thing about this place is the Friday night delivery guy--he's awesome. Ordered a small Grandma Pie from GiGi's and it was pretty good, not too salty or any strong oregano taste. Like everything these days, price was a little on the high side, $20 plus tax for 8 (thankfully) large slices. The cashier taking my order and cook made no errors with my order, I didn't wait too long and they were a little busy, too. Sauce is slightly sweet and true Italian tradition, perfectly dotting the pizza with just enough cheese on top. The pizza was cooked perfectly on the bottom and wasn't greasy or soggy. I used to come here before (sit-down dining) but the review for today is for their delivery service. A team member from my church group placed a lunch order for a celebration. From the beginning, I could hear trouble starting in placing the order especially on the part that one of the group member ordered a salad pizza- no cheese. Sounded that the person got confused on how she wanted it. Clearly that there was something going on at their place as we need to call them twice after the 40 mins window she told us. My team mate has ordered from them before so she was not expecting any delay to have the food deliver to our current location. She even mentioned to call her when the delivery man arrived and she was willing to come out. Hour and 10 min has passed before we were served. I enjoyed my calamari and bread though - big serving for a single order and the pricing is standard.The others seemed happy with their own order. No complaint with the food except that we got hungry. We got our slices and sat in the back, where there was a decent amount of space. I got a BBQ chicken slice and a Sicilian slice. The BBQ chicken slice and a coke was $6.50 and the Sicilian slice was $3 if I remember correctly. Both slices were actually very good. The flavor on the BBQ chicken slice was somewhat tangy and the chicken was adequetely moist. Very tasty. The Sicilian slice was good too; not sure how to describe it but the flavor was on point. Both slices were pretty sizable as well, which is a must if I'm going to give out 4 stars (value is huge on my criteria for good places). Solid 4 star rating for Gigi's. I love pizza but this place didn't really have it. They did have a good variety of specialty pizzas but the pizza tasted very bland. It smells good from the outside but the sauce didn't have much flavor. I ordered a plain slice and though the texture was there (the slight crunch in the crust and the hot melted cheese) I tasted nothing and no I don't have covid. My boyfriend didn't like the flavor of the sauce either, he said it was sweet. He however had a different slice than I did. I forgot what he ate but it was a thicker crust with chicken on it (not a grandma or Sicilian). I also ordered a beef patty with cheese. The cheese was melted but the patty was room temperature, I didn't like that. I like my food hot. And also when I first walked in, I asked for the minimum for card and they stated their card machine doesn't work. The very first time I've tried Gigi's was over 10 years ago when my husband introduced it to me and even till this day, we are still getting food from here. Their food has always been consistent and can be compared to all the other nearby pizzerias. It is located in a shopping center with plenty of spaces so parking will never be a problem. My son loves the garlic knots and beef patties from here. Their pizza is decent but I prefer Umberto's because I like my slices thin with a crispy crust while theirs is on the thicker side. I do however, really like their Italian rice ball and pepperoni stromboli. Their perfectly fried rice ball coated with breadcrumbs, which consists of rice, meat, peas and mozzarella served with marinara sauce is so tasty and delicious. And their pepperoni stromboli is really good as well. They also have many other options to choose from on the menu like soups, pasta, heros, gyros, calzones, salads and more. The staff are all very friendly and nice. Definitely worth giving them a try if you're around the NHP area. read more

I have been eating at Gigi's for as long as I can remember. It's literally part of my weekend routine after getting my groceries from Stop & Shop. I must say that in the past the slice were average and by that I mean not the most memorable. However, during my recent visit I have to admit their pizza has definitely improved. I noticed this myself a few weeks ago and family members that often accompany have also noticed. I think it's fair to say that Gigi has def stepped up their pizza game. You can get the plain cheese pizza which is good , but if you want something absolutely amazing, go for the Margarita slice , white slice or the Spinach Alfredo. Slice.
