Now this Daniel is calling me and acting like I was wrong for being upset that he's was diving my car like it was his own personal car. He left me a message saying that I was upset when I came in to pick up my car...... damn right I was upset seeing my car at his house in San Fernando over night and where the hell did he drive to that he put so many miles on my car. He was in shock that I had an app on my phone to show where my car was. He's a dumb person if he doesn't k ow that Mercedes has this app for us. Wow this place. They are the most honest company. I took my daughter's car in that is out of warranty, because of the engine light warning. They assessed the car at no charge and let us know that although the car is 6 years old, the part that was needed was in fact still going to be covered by manufacturer. We called VW and yes, it's still covered because of an issue with the part and that particular year. It would have been a thousand dollars that this place could have made if they fixed it. We would have never known. But they told us the truth. Rarely does that happen. They also took time to show my daughter basically under the hood and how an engine runs. I have been taking all my Mercedes to Danny for well over 10 years. He is scrupulously honest, has integrity and will diagnose exactly what the problem is with your Mercedes when even a dealership cannot diagnose the issue. His computer knowledge and assessment is excellent. His prices are well below dealership pricing and the repair process is meticulously completed. I compare Danny to a babysitter who you would hire to take care of your children. That's the relationship he has with his customers and their cars. I currently have an E550, a CLS550 and C350 that have been expertly serviced at his shop since I purchased them. These have included complex repairs to the electrical system, suspension repairs and meticulously well done repairs to mundane issues like brakes, fluid changes, automatic transmission issues etc. Never was anything missed or glossed over. If he kept the car to drive test, minimal miles were registered. He definitely doesn't need your car for his own personal transport. He would never do that to a customer. No repair was ever inconsistent, incorrect and never did the car have to returned for the same issue. There is a reviewed repair below that reeks of dishonesty and fraud. That Yelp allows someone to post such a review is questionable to me and several of his customers. Yelp needs to reassess their evaluation and determine if we his customers are all inconsistent and if the one star review and inflammatory statements are accurate. In closing I can add this, not only is he an expert technician, but he is also a stand up guy with integrity. That is extremely rare in the car business, let alone in the car repair business, especially with high end vehicles like Mercedes. I would recommend Danny to any Mercedes owner with a clear conscience and you will satisfied with outcome. It's sad that one troll can try to ruin an honest business owners reputation in today's economy. read more
