He's the whole reason we chose Regal instead of the other quotes we got and he really came through on everything we wanted while also giving us his valuable opinion. It was a decent-sized scope: we pulled out a row of old overgrown bougainvillea (stumps, roots and all), demolished a concrete slab by the garage, added a new flagstone pathway and patio, decomposed granite replaced an entire lawn, mulch and decorative pebble in the front yard, a long podocarpus privacy hedge, full drip irrigation conversion with smart timers, and landscape lighting in the front and back. They even installed our new fire pit for us. Joseph walked the property with us, gave real opinions about what would and wouldn't work instead of just saying yes to everything, and stayed reachable by text the whole way through.
