"If you really do the most for your customers and "deserve a medal" you would have ordered the damaged part. But you didn't. The first thing you did was informed me we would have to pay for it. The first crew broke my shower pan in the initial treatment, however, I was ok with that part because the crew was professional and polite. BUT dealing with the restoration/construction department has been beyond ridiculous and highly unprofessional - I was treated so rudely by Blake, who came to assess the project and give me a bid. When I spoke to Blake on the phone about his bid today and suggested some changes I would like he got very condescending and impatient. He was very eager to leave for Vegas today and obviously did not want to change the items on my bid. He made it clear I was not very important to him and I was an irritant. He actually scoffed at my ideas for my own house. He told me how ignorant I was, they wouldn't do what I wanted and I should go find someone else (and I did find someone else, I found 3 other bigger companies today actually, that said my ideas were very do-able and that Blake was wrong.) When I hung up with Blake, I called Christina (the head honcho) twice, I left 2 voice mails and she never called me back. All I can say is, RUN don't walk AWAY from this company's restoration/construction department....
