I've had better pies elsewhere without having to hear his sob story or deal with his nonsense. I ordered a pie from him 3weeks ago as my train home was at 125th St station and when I got off at Cortlandt and drove over and in 55mins, my pie was still not yet even in the oven. Yes there were a few other customers but it was not by any means busy and it took 77min from order to pizza in hand. Might not take so long if he wasn't doing drugs in-between making orders. I am now completely done with this guy and his shop. 4 strikes and he is out. I hope the DEA and DTF take a close look at him and hopefully remind him of his place in the world. Even friends who were defending him a few years ago now tell me Hudson Oven is better (when they're doing pizza) -- and that it is hot and ready within 5min of the time they tell you.
