She had us wait while she took a phone call and the line ended up being 5 customers deep. I got home and the master/universal lug nut remover I purchased didn't fit on what was working on. I took it back to return it. They wanted to charge me $22 for a re-stocking fee. I could see the shelf from where I got at the cashier stand. I stated it was not ok and was told since I'm making a scene they would wave the charges. 3 customers in line behind me also those $22 was ridiculous. Needless to say I will not be shopping there again.

He guided me to where the engines were, then helped me carry to the register and to my car once I was rung up. I had both my kids with me, one in a carrier and a toddler, so it was wonderful to get such great customer service. Today I came in again, because I ended up needing a smaller engine. Once again I had pretty good help by the employees. Only thing that kind of irked me was this lady who didn't wear a mask walking in and talking loudly throughout the store. On their doors it says its mandatory, no one stopped her to ask her to put on a mask like the rest of the stores around. I know what most of you are thinking, oh you're one of those people. I am, but I'm not, I just believe if everyone who's working and people who are around are respecting everyone by doing so, why couldn't they ask her to do the same. It would have been different if she was in and out, but she stood by the register to chit chat for ten minutes, flapping her lips and spit everywhere. So why didn't you guys ask her to put a mask on, when it says it in the door?

The moment my friend…read moreand I stepped in the store, the long haired elderly woman immediately pointed her fingers at my friend and demanded him to leave his backpack on the dirty floor. My friend was very compliant and obeyed her hand signals, but was greatly confused as he didn't understand any English. I asked why and she said it was to prevent theft, but there wasn't any signs stating that there was this policy in place. They have security cameras all over the store and don't have any reason to suspect us as we just walked into the store. What if our bags and items inside got stolen? Who would be held responsible? To prevent theft they should hire more security instead of lowering the shopping experience of loyal customers. How would you feel if you stepped inside a store to shop but was suddenly accused of theft out of nowhere? I can't imagine how bad my friend felt. She even started threatening us and said she would call the manager. Luckily for her, we were in a rush so we went to a different Ace Hardware right afterwards and the people there didn't stop us at all and we finished our shopping there without any mishaps. We also asked them if they had a leave the bag at the door policy, but they looked confused as well. I was greatly disappointed by how they treated their customers and felt strongly discriminated against. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend this place to others!

Although this was my first time here and I wanted to explore, I was picking up something for work so no time to lollygag. So I rambled off the two items I needed, gave him the two SKUs that Brian had given me over the phone, and voila. Easy peasy. I guess I should've mentioned that I called on the phone to check stock on the items I wanted. Brian answered. He physically checked the shelves because the numbers in the system showed quantities really close to the amount I needed. He wanted to put eyes on the product in case any had sold since system updated. He confirmed everything was in stock, but said he was leaving in less than 10 mins. That's how I got to deal with Jonathan in person. As I got rung up at the counter, Drew (he was at the neighboring cash register) asked about one of my co-workers. Aww, isn't it great when workers remember their customers? All in all, great customer service from Brian & Jonathan. Bonus for Drew remembering my co-worker. Store is clean and well-stocked. Although their online inventory shows certain items as "in stock", I would call the store if the quantities are pretty close to what you need.

I attempted to tell hm I placed this order on the phone and dont understand because the person I talked on the phone (I think John) stated that they only had so many in stock at THIS LOCATION. I told him I'll take them and asked to put them on will call to pick them up with in an hour. I this point RED got upset and stated "first you need to calm down" that did it, went from bad to worst. I left after telling him to F off. Next day I call the store manager told him what happened he stated that he got a complete other side of the story and I could tell he did not really care. Sure they have cameras and I told him he should review the cameras. This is the first time in 61 years I have ever left a review good or bad. Mr. RED should go work for MVD not a good company like CAS!!!!
