We love the expanded service hours of this secure location! We rest assured that our mail and packages are safe and won't be ripped off like they used to be when left on our front porch at home. 0000 stars for fingerprinting servies! I have to take fingerprints for work and I have to pre pay online and chose a date and time. The first time absolutely nobody was there. I redid the entire process online again and I show up at my appointment time the next day (had to call off work for the second time) and the fool who does fingerprints is on his way out. I'm like hi!! I have an appointment and he's like "i have to leave" - mind you this takes less than 5 minutes for him. It takes money, gas, energy, time and stress out of my day. I reassure him with proof of my appointment and he believes me but "has to leave" while he's giving me a 1-800 number. He did not even try to personally reschedule me. He should be fired. This happened twice in one week - I am not a villan - I am pissed. Of course the 1-800 # had me on hold for 2 hours and hung up on me. Spent 3 hours on this nonsense and now i have to repay for a third time and I will def be going to another location. Thanks for ruining my day. Worst customer service ever. read more

The best! While porch pirates are stealing packages off everyone's porches I have not lost a package in at least ten years. The new ownership here is just as wonderful as before. The owner is on premises all day five days a week, and the rest of the time you can use your door key and access your mailbox. She will even call you at home when you have packages waiting. And there is always parking in the lot. I have never waited for a parking spot in ten years. Affordable, reliable, friendly, convenient, perfect. read more

I have not received my keys and it has been a week now. The cheques we have been receiving are missing - and when I call the issuers, they have been cashed. It's such a hassle so I had to switch to another postal place. She does not pick up the phone and she does not take care of her clientele. Very disappointing. I've had good service here. Yes, you have to come within business hours to pickup boxes that are bigger than the mailbox you signed up for. But aren't all mailbox places that way? I went here because I heard horror stories about UPS mailbox locations refusing to forward mail to former customers. Sandy's always been perfectly friendly. And I have no idea what could be meant by the remark about "underage, undocumented employees" -- I think once when I was there Sandy was babysitting for her daughter. Who, while Sandy watched, was trying to help in a "Mommy, I can do it" kind of way. (But how nasty to equate that with hiring "underage, undocumented employees"!) I'm not sure what possesses someone who's had a twenty year relationship with a business to try to destroy it in a single post, especially if you've researched what UPS does when they get mail for former box owners. It sounds like he's enraged because Sandy didn't drive down to open the backroom after hours just for him. Because, you know, he's one of the "people who travel." Does he think UPS would do that for him? All I can say is this is a perfectly satisfactory mail service with a small-town vibe. It was there long before Studio City filled up with jerks. Not a very well run business. Odd, inconsistent hours. Mail often accidentally in my PO box that is for another P.O. box. When I finally closed my box the woman who manages this business tried to pick a verbal fight with me. I would suggest looking other places for your mail needs. read more

I am pretty sure it was in fact the owner who flagged my review and the other persons review because they were not to her liking. I am reposting my review and the other persons review because I want everyone to know that this is absolutely by far the worst P.O. Box place around. The owner needs to realize this and make a change for the better instead of flagging truthful reviews. I wish I could give this place a zero but that is not an option. Not sure why the other review was filtered because it's pretty spot on. The owner is cranky, lazy, and extremely rude. She is also extremely unprofessional by telling customers her life story. The owner complains about certain customers to other customers. Why would you complain about the people who pay your bills? The operational hours completely inconvenience anyone who wants a p.o. box here and are constantly ever changing. They allow you to receive packages which is a good thing but don't go over 8 per month or you will be charged. This place also doesn't stay open long enough for all package delivery services to drop off packages. So something you desperately need one day will not show up till the next. The owner does not take into consideration that people do have 9 to 5 jobs therefore cannot make it in before 3pm closing time. Make sure you get a receipt upon payment because the owner has a tendency to not record them. This leaves no proof that a payment was made. Then they have the nerve to hold your mail for nonpayment the next month. Completely unprofessional business practices. This is New Years weekend and she is closed until Wednesday. I understand being closed on Sunday but why close on days the post office isn't even closed or package delivery services? The only reason I haven't left this place is because Ive been there for years and it is a concrete mailing address for me. I have tried but unfortunately this place has to forward your mail to the new address. I do not trust this place forwarding my mail in fear that I will not receive it. if you don't mind your mail being lost, or mixed up in someone else's box while you receive theirs. If you don't mind packages being delayed due to their minimal hours of availability. if you don't mind paying more than any other mail service for what amounts to no customer service outside of 9-3, and between those hours I use the term "customer service" rather loosely. Than by all means throw your hard earned money away to Shelly and her underage, undocumented employees who apparently think they run a soda and snack business rather than a service for people who travel and have hours unfitting to typical mail delivery. They once cared but in the last year or so service has become so awful that after nearly 20yrs I am canceling business dealings with this joke of company and highly advise anyone looking for a reliable mail service to seek elsewhere as they are anything but reliable! read more
