I have my mail goes to Universal Mail in the past 13 years. They are always dependent. I never had mail mixed up with other boxes, which was my issue with the previous mailbox. I pulled into their parking lot and instantly noticed they were yelling at people. The UPS P van was parked in three spots across the handicapped and they instantly said he's allowed to park anyway he wants to I had to run to the Nextdoor building really quick before I mailed off my packages, and I explained that I was coming right back to which they started screaming at me and followed me down the street. I didn't take my business there and left. One of the employees started filming, as if it would somehow deter me from expressing how rude I thought they were. I have never taken the time to leave a yelp review in my life before today, but as a small business owner, the pries herself on customer service to support this establishment again and let everybody know what kind of people are working here. read more

I cannot imagine and cannot even begin to describe the customer service of this place. They take care of their customers. Never once complaining about how many packages I get, or going back to pick up my mail when I forgotten my keys. I love having a mailbox here. The simple reason is that the workers there do not wear masks. In the age of COVID, will all have a responsibility to keep each other safe. This place seriously looks like a bomb went off in it! It's cluttered, it's messy, it's unorganized and it's a total mess and I would lose my mind if I worked here, BUT, they don't seem to mind it and they are always there to help me with any shipping need I have and are reasonably priced and totally friendly. It's definitely one of those "don't judge a store by it's covers of crap everywhere," because if I had, I never would have found a reliable shipping place so close to my house. Good stuff! read more

This place is great except for the lady name Katy. She is very disturbing, always negative about everything, very dirty and unprofessional. There was another woman working there and I'm pretty sure she left because of her. All the people that they have hire in the past leave because of that lady. She always feels threatened from other employees because she has no experience whatsoever besides receiving packages and still cash from her boss. So sad read more

Went there during Covid restrictions. Nobody that worked there had masks on. I asked them why they don't have masks. Owner told me it's her store and she can do whatever she wants. What happened? I've had a box here for 13 years. My business depends on the mail. It's been through multiple owners... The Russian couple back in the 90's, Mickie from Thailand, Stella - (cluttered, but friendly and somehow very efficient,) and now back to Mickie from Thailand. I don't know what the problem is. Maybe it's because she combined two mailbox places into one space. The whole thing is mailboxes now. But ever since the shift happened, I have been missing mail. LOTS of mail. Customers have called saying they sent me stuff I never received... checks, orders, computer discs etc. My business has dropped significantly. I'm still receiving mai, just not all of it. I even decided to mail 5 letters to myself. It's been over 2 weeks. I've received 4 of them. That's 20% that's still missing. I've spoken with the guys that sort, and Mickie. They all assure me that everything is going in my box. So, where is it? I called the post office. They said I have no recourse since it's a private business mail center. Unfortunately I have tens of thousands of printed items with this address, but I will slowly be transfering to a new place. I guess I had good run while it lasted. :-( read more

I have the same problem as others. Missing mail (my kids birthday and Christmas cards). Missing 2 netflix movies (in a month - they cancelled my membership). My niece ismissing her screener movies. I had a box delivered on Friday...went to get it tuesday about 10 minutes before closing and the lady said there was no box. I came back in with the delivery confirmation and told them to find it. At the same time, another worker was on the phone with a customer saying she could not locate a package and to call back when the package guys were there (why wasn't there one there at closing). I call the next morning and Micki says...oh UPS came late after you left and delivered it. I called her bullshit because when I tracked it online, delivery was Friday. They have really gone to shit.
