The lobby is open space with plenty of comfortable seating to accommodate customers. The status of your job is displayed on the monitors just above the service advisor desks so you know exactly how long of a wait you'll have. Unlike some of the other dealerships in town, the lobby is full of windows that look out into the service area so you can see the mechanics working on your vehicle. The advisors here are straightforward and knowledgeable. As the previous review mentioned, I've never been up sold to perform other maintenance needs.

They offered to get me a rental off their lot to fix the issue or wait. It took them 45 minutes to put all the the pieces back together. I could see they were rushing & I have the patience of a saint. Also missing small piece was ordered and in the shop days later, I wasn't called back on that Thursday when they received the part nor Friday, so I called and left a message Josh was in the office on the weekend apologized and said he would check if they had the parts and call me first thing Monday morning. He did as promised and I went in right away and the part was installed in 7 minutes :) the staff was very nice and professional. Off topic they offered us coffee from their Keurig, water bottles and cupcakes. Nice to be offered. Seating area has a tv, to watch if you wait.

Let me know my battery is dying at 60% and I need an oil change which I basically got last month? Only had 1 trip to Disneyland and only in town trips. Oil changes are almost $100. Then he tried to sell me on some additive that "extends your warranty an extra 3,000 miles?" Sounds fake. It was pretty quick service. Customer service was subpar. Atleast they talked to you and gave you information. They do have their salesmen pitch. But for the most part, they got the job done. I do like that it gives you text messages when you drop off for service, you can track the progress and then it texts you when it is done. Services are a bit expensive.
