Just wanted to give a shout out to Valley Tire. My car has stability issues, replaced struts, still had problems. Mechanic suggested tires (which I purchased from Valley Tires 18 months earlier) could be an issue. Brandon was extremely supportive, put temporary tires on front to help diagnose problem, even ordered replacements if that was the problem. While tires didn't help, Brandon put my original tires. (12/5/2023) Went to Valley Tire to replace the busted front left tire of my Mazda. Polo gave me a very reasonable quote, and I ended up replacing all four tires which were way overdue for replacement. They did not push for additional sales and it was me who requested the total tire change (to grab the bargain!). The owner Brandon Elliot dropped other work he was doing and joined the work and the job was done quickly while I stood watching. Summary: Excellent value, quality work, quick response, being honest and sincere!! To get there, you have to drive toward the end of Bush Street. It is a garage instead of a 'shop'. The signage is not obvious. There is no online reservation system. Given that they also provide truck maintenance and tires, make sure you know the tire numbers of the tires you want. （usually, the number is on the inside of the passenger door frame）No lounge for you to sit in and no coffee while you wait. But they save all that expenses to reflect on the price of the products and services. I highly recommend it. read more

Thank you Brandon for fixing my flat tire! I called to ask if they could possibly put my tire back on the rim, balance and put my tire back. I got a flat and unfortunately I went to America's tire but instead of doing their job they told me I need a new tire and for no reason took my tire off the rim. Brandon was really professional and helpful! He explained to me what he was doing. My dad fixed my tire with a tire repairing kit and Brandon said he did a great job because there was no leaking. They helped me fix a slow leak due to a screw in my tire. After reading other reviews saying that they were able to help with a passenger tires, I brought my Tesla Model S to them and was in and out in under 10 minutes! They charged $25.50 which I think is very fair. read more

A few weeks ago I noticed that my right rear tire was leaking air. Once I found out that my tire couldn't be fixed and I needed a new tire (it was near time to get all of them replaced), I got some quotes from a few other shops. Still putting air in my tire to get to and from work temporarily, I stopped by Valley Tire Service for their quote. Brandon was very helpful and priced out three different types of tires for my Lexus. The price for parts and labor was affordable, fair, and discussed upfront. He even put on my spare for me free of charge, so that I could get where I needed to go before getting my new tires. My tires were replaced quickly the next day. I didn't catch the gentlemans name who helped me but he was in the office facing the tire stocks. I came in looking for a tire replacement I needed since I had just gotten a flat. I stopped by 4 other shops without any luck (was on run-flats) and this tire shop didn't have it in stock either (non repairable damage). Yet, I still write this review. Why? Simply because of the fantastic customer service and experience that was provided by the mystery man ( I will update this when I find his name). He was honest and forth coming with prices and availability, and extremely kind with a professional attitude. This is for sure the place I will go for my tire needs when my situation permits. Valley Tire is the best tire shop - BAR NONE. I have been buying tires from Tommy for better than 20 years. They started out coming to my horse ranch in Sunol and took care of all my tire needs on site. I built a construction cleaning company with 32 trucks and they supplied me with every tire I needed. Never had any tire store that was so fast at getting my tires installed, replaced and repaired. Being in the construction business we got plenty of nails, but no worries with Valley Tire - they fix any and all repairs for me at no charge. I came to this place to have a used tire that I had acquired installed on my wife's car. When I arrived, the people there told me that the tire was too old and due to liability, they could not install it. Brandon was very helpful. He went and found a tire comparable to my own that was manufactured in 2013 and offered to install it at the same quoted price as the one that I have.
