They were able to identify the screw in my tire when another place, which I will leave unnamed, couldn't. They were also able to deal with my tire lock without the key (my family has two of the same type of cars and the key was with the other car). They worked around the lock at one visit, and broke it off (with my permission) on another in order to get me back in the road in a timely fashion. The time when they worked around the lock was in 2024, and I paid about $45. The time when they had to break the lock was a year later and I paid about $75. I especially appreciate their professionalism and ability to not talk down to female customers, which sadly a lot of auto shops still do, even in 2025. Definitely recommend!

I came across this place online and noticed that they had amazing reviews. I called in the morning to see if they had afternoon availability when I got off work to install one tire for me. They had availability same day and it only cost me $30! I brought the car in around 3:30, waited in the waiting area, and the car was ready around 4pm. The mechanic even walked with me to my car to make sure the light was now off, that my damaged tire I requested back was in my trunk to return to Costco for a credit since it was under warranty, and that I had my wheel lock key back in my possession. 10/10 service, will definitely come back if I have any other tire issues!

Want told to finance and left the truck. Came to get the truck and got denied financing. Okay well why didn't we check if I could finance before! Who does that?! Where did the throw them in the few hours they have the truck that I couldn't get them back. I will gladly give back the new tires. The worse part is the wouldn't release the truck! They holding it! They also never gave me the paper I signed when I left the truck who knows if them holding the truck is even legal! Do not do business with them! I will talk to the business bureau. However, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope this review can serve as a reference for other customers. We came here based on a friend's recommendation because our tire had a nail in it. Unfortunately, our experience was very very disappointing. The employee at the front desk had a poor attitude from the start. He told us that he needed the key to inspect the tire because he would have to drive the car into the service room( I said we can drive it in but he still say no) . In reality, it seemed like he could have simply taken a quick look to determine whether the tire was repairable. Since we don't usually carry our Tesla key with us, we had to drive home, get the key, and return. When we came back, he drove the car from the parking area to the front of the building--not into the service bay as he said before. At that point, we couldn't help but wonder why we were asked to bring the key at all, since we could have driven the car to the front ourselves. He got into the car, checked the tire pressure, and immediately told us the tire needed to be replaced without even inspecting the location of the puncture. We showed him a photo and explained that the nail was not near the sidewall. He briefly glanced at the picture and insisted that it was. When we asked if he could at least take a look at the tire in person, he refused and said it was "not repairable." The car was parked right outside the door, yet he would not even walk over to inspect the actual puncture. We found this extremely frustrating and difficult to understand. After leaving, we went to Costco. The employee there informed us that they do not repair Cybertruck tires, but he said that the nail was in a repairable location and that the tire did not need to be replaced. He recommended we to visit America's Tire instead. We then went to America's Tire and repaired the tire successfully, saving us from having to purchase a new one unnecessarily. I would strongly recommend America's Tire instead. Their staff was professional, helpful, and took the time to inspect the tire before making a recommendation.

When I finally got back and asked them to check it, the manager claimed they 'didn't know' if they caused it. Instead of taking 5 minutes to help a customer, he demanded a $180 diagnostic fee just to look at the fuse. The reality check: I drove straight to AutoZone. A helpful staff member used a tool, diagnosed the blown fuse, and helped me fix it in 3 minutes for FREE. Total cost? $5 for the part. It was indeed a fuse blown during the battery swap. Wheel Works tried to charge me $180 to fix a $5 problem they created. Shameful service.
