I was Referred to ability by First American home warranty, they came out to assess my water heater…read morewhich had been leaking. We come to find out that it was still under manufactures warranty and can be swapped out, Ability was going to charge $150 to remove the old tank, and pick up the new one. But they preferred that I did it. They instructed me to call the manufacturer when in fact they should've been contacting them to confirm the warranty and do all the foot work. Fast forward two days and I was going to move for the replacement then dispatch calls me and tells me I have additional charges of $550. Upon that I reviewed yelp and decided that I needed to go with another company because I couldn't take the risk of them damaging different areas and charging me for things that are necessary. I had them send me an invoice which was a photo of an invoice not even a professional invoice just a listed products and amounts. For me between the invoice and the reviews. I just could not move forward, I went with another company who was prompt, professional, picked up a tank and swapped it and provided a real invoice- oh and they service First American Home Warranty water heaters.

If I could give zero I would... by far the worst experience I've had. My faucet was leaking so I…read moremade a claim with My home Warranty. They sent out Highway plumbing.. which is this companies new name. They come days later and look and say yea you need a new faucet... which I had already told them.. but ok.. they say they will contact home warranty and come back later that day or next morning. This was 8/24. They never called. Never came back. Saturday I had a missed call so I contacted him and he said since I didn't answer they would have to come back later in the week.. um ok. Hopefully Monday. Monday comes... he says he will be there later that day. Office calls and schedules for Wednesday. I ask why he said today and she said he was having car trouble. So they finally come out after a week of non stop leaking and only way I could prevent is to turn off all the water to my entire house. So they not only get me a way way smaller faucet.. they start you tubing how to install it all!! I was shocked! I started recording them to send to my husband. I knew something was wrong. He than put on the service form all these things he did which he did not. So an hour after he leaves I noticed it's leaking again. This time the dishwasher line which is in same area as others. He says he'll come back out..... he never came back.. I called office next day that said I had to contact the home warranty.... I was beyond upset. I contact home warranty and they call the plumber office and she tells them the plumber is in hospital and still needs to order part. I told the rep she was lying and they will come up with any excuse. He than told me to give them a chance and he should be back out soon. It's been a week and it's still leaking. I'm now dealing with the home warranty to have this resolved as I refuse to let these people back into my home. Also working with them to have this company removed from their contractor list. It's been nothing but a horrible experience and here I am two weeks later and my faucet is still leaking...

I blindly called and clearly made the right choice as the staff was courteous even though the weather in the valley was topping at 114 degrees. Since my tenants just had a baby they really had an "Air- Emergency" and once i gave them my number, Jaymon -the Owner called me himself. He asked me some key questions and based on just a few questions was able to pretty much diagnose the issue over the phone and send someone out today with all the stuff they needed just based on his experience. you rarely get this kind of service and attention from a staff and owner so they get top honors from me and my tenants will surely agree as well.

He's always gone above and beyond, even providing rooftop photos of work being done. Recently, he and his crew replaced a 50-year-old unit in my Timberlake Condo unit that is quieter and more economical than the old unit that had finally developed leaks. The drainage line also had gotten plugged over the years allowing condensation overflow from the tray onto the wood flooring. The crew tried to blow it out but were unable, so a different way of ridding of condensation was added. Best to do yearly maintenence so problems don't develop and those have always been very reasonably priced.
