TERRIBLE service and an attitude to boot. I was in today to have my car aligned after installing a new Ball joint and noticing the steering was off. The guy at the desk who seemed half asleep and smelled like booze asked me what I needed when I came in and I told him I needed to have an alignment. He asked why I needed an alignment, sounded very sarcastic . I replied that the steering was off and got another sarcastic question asking me why my steering was off. I was a little put off at his sarcasm and the fact that he seemed to not be willing to accept at face value that I knew my car needed to be aligned. I felt I was being very rudely treated, swore at the guy and left. As I was going to my car, the guy came out of the building yelling and swearing at me. I was told that "this is MY house" and that I wasn't allowed to swear at him and all kinds of other stuff. NOT A WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. maybe he was all hungover or having a bad day, but if he hadn't been sarcastic towards me, I wouldn't have been mad and said what I did. These guys work hard on turnaround time and are definitely very thorough. They picked up on some inspection issues that other mechanics hadn't noticed for years. They explained that sometimes mechanics won't check certain things even though they're supposed to. I appreciate know that they are thorough and aren't going to miss something. Absolutely horrible scam artists. Recommended replacement of rotors and brake pads that I later confirmed with my dealer were NOT needed AT ALL. They also cracked my wheel lock! I went here previously for an oil change and had a good experience, but they have a new con artist manager in charge who has absolutely no respect for women. He was completely rude and disrespectful when I called about the damaged wheel lock. Don't bother!!! read more

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Pretty simple right? Well they took it in and looked at it and said the oil pan plug was leaking - meaning it was stripped. They told me they could take it out but because it might be stripped - it would cost $500 to replace the entire oil pan if it wouldn't go back into place. And that was my only option. No new plug or new plug gasket replacement, just the whole thing. I ended up leaving because I'm not about to be gouged for money when it could be a simple fix. Went a few mins away to the last place that did my oil change and they got my car up on the lift and came back and said it was just a gasket around the plug that needed to be replaced. A simple $3 fix. Needless to say the other shop will be getting my business. I don't appreciate a bunch of men trying to take advantage of someone when anyone with common since could come up with a less dramatic solution to the problem. read more

Horrible service!! I left with the same problem that I came in with $800 dollars later. The owner is a liar and is very unprofessional. if you want your car fixed right, do not go to this shop. I stopped in here early Saturday morning after i had purchased a groupon for a synthetic oil change. They do not take reservations, it is first come first served, but I knew that and I called ahead to find out what their policy was. I got there when they opened about 8am and I brought my car in and was told it'd be about an hour. The gentlemen at the counter told me soon after he could bump me up and I was out in all of 45 minutes and on my way back home. I was satisfied, thanks guys! read more

I have taken my vehicle here for a few years now. They're the only shop who has been completely fair with pricing, and given me honest service. I don't know why other people gave this place bad reviews but I have been to other shops that "fix" my vehicle and a week later something else is broken and that has never been the case with them. Other shops gave me quotes for ridiculous pricing that would've left me stranded, they're willing to work with you and meet you where you're at. If you can't afford to get everything that needs to get fixed done right away, they'll help you to sort out what needs to to be done to keep you safe on the road until you can fix the rest. My wife got a groupon for an oil change from this business. I'm going to start off and tell you I've never experienced this much of a hassle to get my oil changed. I tried to call and setup an appointment and was quickly told they do the work on a first come first serve basis. Ok no real issue yet, so I stop up in the late morning to "wait in line". No one was at the front counter and when I looked no one was in the garage either?!? I finally located an employee and was made aware that they had run out of Oil. Run out of Oil? What mechanic shop EVER runs out of Oil?? I was informed I should come back the next week. Almost the exact same issue, although I did encounter an employee much quicker. (before I entered their Lobby) I was quickly informed that they didn't have any Oil. Again. The Mechanic shop. It had no oil. I couldn't get a refund from groupon, and I took my vehicle to Monro on Transit and Main that day had it done. Like a real mechanic. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

Brought my car here to have the brakes replaced after being quoted 370 to have Delta Sonic do it during inspection. We had a good laugh about how absurd their prices are. When I went to pick it up I ended up paying 340 for my rear axle, and he wanted to charge me another 300 for some other stuff. Threw an attitude when I told him no on his other repairs and wouldn't tell me what parts I needed to order. Not a great experience. read more

They were honest and upfront about the service needed on my Jeep. The cost was fair for the work performed and I appreciated the flexible payment options. My only concern was the length of time it took to complete the work and their difficulty in sourcing a pretty common part. Unable to get it locally they had it shipped overnight and I had my vehicle back the following afternoon. Overall I'm satisfied with the service and would return for future repairs. read more

This was the worst place for me to get my car fixed. I spent about $500 to get my car taken care of. Two days later the check engine light comes back on. Mind I tell you this code appeared when I brought my vehicle in the first time. I also dealt with the Manager Mike who you could tell is incompetent for his position. I had a great experience here, I had a small problem with my car and when it overheated and I had to pull into the parking lot next door I went in and told them what was going on to see if I could get my car in that day, if I could move it over to their lot, one of the guys walked over right away and fixed what was going on and I was out of there in less than a half hour. These guys seem trustworthy and knowledgable, I would definitely bring my car back here again. read more

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called FOUR times trying to bring my car in for an oil change. Finally I called on a Tuesday to make an appointment for the following Tuesday. They refused to take a reservation, but assured that it'd be no problem. Today before I took it in I called to be sure, and there was no availability, it was apparently packed. Furthermore, they were extremely rude on the phone. Do not buy a Groupon for this place! I had the worst experience of my life at this shop. I was told my car would be fixed in 1 hour. I sat there for 8 hours and watched them order the wrong parts multiple times. After I was treated with utter disrespect after confronting them about the situation I attempted to call the phone numbers for customer service on their wall and they were ALL OUT OF SERVICE! After waiting 8 hours and paying for parts and an inspection they were not able to inspect my car because they disconnected the battery. They proceeded to blame me for the problem instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes!!!!!!!!!!!!
