They didn't try to con or upsell anything, just asked me what I needed and what I planned to use it for. They found me a good deal, with the tire + mounting + tax coming in at about $165. The woman who answered the phone, who I later learned was Roxanne, refused to provide even a general price range. She told me they don't give prices over the phone and that I would have to make an appointment. When I politely asked for her name, she hung up on me. I called back and left a message explaining what had happened and asking to speak with Larry or Everett. Instead, Roxanne called me back. Rather than listening to my concerns, I felt she talked over me, raised her voice, and insisted she had not been rude. I repeatedly asked her to stop yelling at me. During this call, another business owner named John was listening on the line and heard the entire conversation. I called a third time and finally spoke with Everett. He told me Roxanne was his wife. Instead of listening to my concerns as a customer, I felt he immediately defended her and showed no interest in resolving the situation or apologizing for the way I had been treated. I own four vehicles and was looking for a shop to perform brakes, a four-wheel alignment, and a coolant flush--well over $1,000 worth of work. Because of the way I was treated, they lost not only this job but my future business as well. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Premier Car Care. I will gladly take my business to a company that values its customers and treats them with courtesy. PS I would've never written this review if Everett didn't dismiss me and said he stuck up for his wife who's bat shit crazy ruining his business.. all ever had to do was apologize and I would've never written this, but he didn't.

My strategy for finding any new third party is to read the reviews and try and synthesize the truth, speak to a decision maker and assess and finally ask for some quotes for the parts and labor. I spoke to four shops and of course everyone needs to see the job before finally committing and that scope can obviously change. Sam freely and patiently gave me some quotes for both (others couldn't get past - we need to see it), the quotes and the final pricing were both very fair and competitive. Mo communicated freely during the fix and heres the kicker and why we'll trust these guys moving forward. They easily could have turned the minor job into a relatively major fix and they didn't, the problem and solution was less in every sense than what I assumed it would be including their cost - great job the both of you!

I never did get an email verification. They took me right away though! Oil change and NYS inspection. I was out of there in less than an hour even though their lot was full with cars. David, from Bellreng's called me at 9:45am to tell me I needed a new : Alternator Battery Wiper Blades & an Oil Change, plus a few small things. That's how quickly they found out what was wrong. I was expecting to hear that is would be a few days & a couple thousand bucks. BUT, David said all of that was coming me to $1159.70 & it would be done around 3pm. I was shocked & thinking , "yeah, ok". Well, my phone rang at 3:15pm & my van was finished. I went to pick it up & I was quickly taken care of & outta there. The place was clean & did not smell like a garage. My van was just the way I left it. They did not mess with anything or move things around, or have that greasy paper on my floor leftover from them, like all the other places do. I left there with a smooth , quiet ride. No lights coming on, on the dash & my AC was working again. They are quick & don't mess around. I like it there & next time something goes wrong with my van, I'm definitely taking it back there !!!

I knew this and was prepared to spend the day sitting in the waiting room. To my surprise, their team offered to bring me home and later came and picked me up.
