Also I felt they could have been a bit more friendly but I guess some people just want to get their jewelry fixed and not have too much conversation.

I spent hours visiting Kays, Zales, Jared's, Diamonds Direct (formerly known as Global Diamonds). Please allow me to save you some time. Due to poor planning on my part I had little time to shop before purchasing my first replacement at Jared's. After the sale I had more time to take my wife to the rest of the stores mentioned above. Here are the results of what we found. Beards had a much larger inventory of fine diamonds. I was able to get a better graded diamond that was also larger for $1500 less. In addition to this, the professional who assisted us in selecting our diamond (Ben Lupo) was as helpful and pressure free as they come.
