All of the employees were extremely nice and very helpful. They offer a little extra service for free like checking the air pressure in my tires and checking my air filter. Asked where was my vehicle and another worker came outside to let me know it was at the home depot across from the shop. Parked there. Not only did they fail to complete the oil change, they also completely overlooked the screw in my tire, which could have led to a dangerous situation had I continued driving without knowing.
