I decide to do the work myself and it cost me $350 and took me around 4 hours. I figured I'd give them another shot for my fuel leak. I tell them its the fuel pump module, but they say they'll have to do another diagnostic on it anyways. Then they say it's gonna cost $1700!! A new fuel pump is $100 and it's like a hour job to fix. I waited about an hour until I was asked which tire I wanted changed, then was told it was put in the system wrong. As someone who works on tires all day, there's not enough common sense to look at 3 full tires and one flat one and think maybe you were given the wrong info and ask questions, instead of waiting till you finish replacing a good tire, and ask wait is it supposed to be the one with 10 psi? I dropped my car off at the Firestone on Wilshire at 1:30pm. They told me it would take about an hour and that there was 1 person ahead of me. I got my car back at 6:55pm, 5 minutes before they closed, almost 5 and a half hours later. They told me my car was all good and that the alignment was done. They didn't give me the alignment report and my steering wheel was now crooked. My car is only 3 years old and I've kept up with all maintenance. I then take my car back the next morning at 7:30am so they can fix the steering wheel they messed up. They then tell me it will probably take until around 12:00pm. At that point I just take my car to the Firestone on McCart where I learn that my alignment is not good at all. The Firestone on McCart then fixes the alignment and the steering wheel in only 1 hour. The picture attached shows the report the 2nd Firestone gave me. It shows that the "Before" measurements are way out of spec even though the Firestone on 1681 SW Wilshire Blvd just did my alignment and told me it was "all good". August 15, 2026

They have all the necessary accommodations for people that have disabilities . I even like the landscaping. Their shop and stall bays got thumbs up also. I believe it is Quality Work, Rodney, the tech that replaced the CV Axle and Wheel Bearing on front was informative and nice. The gentleman actually brought in the damage CV Axle to show me the damaged part. That is great. I have not had that done in many years !Parts & labor guaranteed for 12,000 miles or one year.. Firestone is conveniently located in Burleson. I believe this store is # 1 on my auto repair shop.
