For my GSA Fleet people, this spot is the go to if you are trying to get your oil change. These people have been doing it for years, all you have to do is pull in and they'll do all the work for you. I had taken two vehicles here already they know what to do and you won't have any issues with payment, leaving your vehicle for extended amount of day or wait a couple of hours. These guys do one helluva job. I mean I usually go to the Jeep dealer for my oil changes and tire rotations but not any more! They are so professional and charge about half of what you would pay at the dealership. Went for an oil change tire rotation and they had me done in about twenty minutes. I'd taken my work van for an oil change and asked them for just that as I take care of everything else myself or elsewhere. They continued to take the $76 oil change to $400 and send it for approval it was most definitely denied because that's not what I was there for and told them that. I understand upselling I do but with fleets there's generally a scope of things they have done with certain vendors. And they don't use anything to protect the fenders or front of vehicles they drip oil and don't care about the finish of your car. Last year or maybe two years ago they took the plastic cover off the bottom when changing the oil and didn't put it back. They customer care reached out and wanted more information and never heard anything else about it. If it wasn't a work vehicle it wouldn't be at these places. And they use oil soaked gloves touching the paint too. read more

I tried to use this location for an oil change and I was told they didn't service my make and model due to "how it's laid out" and "valvoline doesn't allow us" once I arrived. Why isn't there a list accessible to potential clients? neither the rep on site or the customer service phone rep could answer. I went here a year or so ago (maybe even longer) and they had a fill in manager there. He was the rudest person and I hadn't returned just because of the poor service that day. I decided to go back to see about getting my ac recharged well it was a great experience and I will definitely return. The manager Emily and Alex were really pleasant and I can tell they have a good group of people and they respect them! Everyone was friendly and seemed like they enjoyed working there! I normally go to another oil change place. This guy came out and said they couldn't do my truck because Ford changed how they get the plastic plugs and only a Ford dealer could do my truck. Have gotten my last 2 oil changes here and as a woman, who can't do them myself, especially pregnant, these employees at this Valvoline have been amazing. My husband has been away for work and usually changes my oil for me when he is home but having to come here the last 6 months has been easy and quick! I don't feel pressured to buy anything else or get other work done that I can't or don't want to afford in that moment and the service never takes more than 30-45 minutes tops and all monitors/alerts are reset and ready for me to move on with my day. read more

Stopped in for an oil change. There was no line. They got me in quickly and did a thorough job. I drive a couple miles and as I exit onto the interstate something falls down under my car and begins to drag. After close inspection, I realize the bolts to the undercarriage of my oil pan weren't tightened. I drive back and they quickly tightened the bolts. I have been going to this Valvoline for quite some time ever since my first visit to them about almost two years ago. During the lockdown of 2020, I was unsure of where to go to get my oil changed. I used to go to my dealership, but again, ever since the one pleasant experience I had with Valvoline, I will never go anywhere else again! Valvoline allows you to sit in your car while they do the oil change for you. I have extreme trust issues with leaving my car with someone else, but felt safe and secure seeing the work right in front of me. The best part about Valvoline is that is an express oil changing place, so their goal is get you out as quick as possible. However, they do show you everything they're changing and cleaning throughout the process. Their attention to details, and active communication between what they're doing, and the customer is going to be what keeps me coming back. See you guys next oil change! read more

Went to get tires that I bought online mounted and balanced.The person that did the work was installing them on my truck.he ended up cross threading the lug stud bolts.His explanation was for me to get the truck towed because he could not get them tightened all the way.Was able to get all but 2 on.One of the lug bolts was only part of the way on.The lug bolt broke try to get it off.Another one will not thread on.Ask to talk to the manager and they said she would try to call but she is very busy.I bet with all the complaints.Still have not heard from her yet.Would think they would want to take care of before they end up with a lawsuit if someone has an accident.Would not reccomend anyone using this establishment.Understand things happen but if you don't take care of the issues there is where the problems happen.I guess if they have enough complaints and lawsuits.Maybe not! read more

Pulled up to get an oil change, they started the service before verifying they didn't have a filter. After letting me know they didn't have the filter necessary I navigated to another service station and thankfully I did it right away. The shop drained most of the oil and did not put the oil cap back on, didn't lose the oil cap but could have been disastrous. read more

I pulled up on June 30th at 11:38am and the two white men threw their arms up at me because they were mad that I wanted an oil change. I've never felt so unwanted. This is disgusting service. I drove around and left because I was truly scared that they were going to damage my truck with their bad attitudes and work ethic. read more

I went here to get an oil change and the employees are really nice but they took like an hour and 20 mins to change my oil even though it normally takes like 35-45 mins but I was okay with waiting since they were understaffed but later that day my car started shutting down and saying I needed an oil change and it got so bad I had to get my car tolled to a dealership and I later found out there was no oil in the car. So somehow they took out my oil but never replaced it for a oil change which would make sense if maybe they were speeding but I don't get how you took your time and that still happened. Went in for an oil change and when they were changing my oil they checked my tires and instead of using the recommended psi on the tire of 51 psi they went by what it said on the door panel 30 psi so I ended up leaving there with all four tires under inflated causing a gash in my sidewall of my front tire which I now have to replace. I will never return here even if they were the last place on earth that did oil changes. read more

I have been to this location a couple of times and typically the service has been well but disorganized; however its close so it was convenient . Sometimes a little unprofessional but today took the case. Took forever to get an oil change with only three cars in queue. Was scanned multiple times by different employees as if they were not communicating. Went there around 12 and waited until 1245 before I just left. They kept sending cars to maneuver on who got here first to the point that I think they just confused themselves. Won't be attending this location any longer. Needs better management. Be prepared to wait if you decide to goto this location or drive about five minutes down the street to Take 5 for a real express oil change. read more

Not a good place to get your car serviced if you are a woman coming alone. A family member of mine left this location in tears after an associate verbally harassed her.
