The tech brought me the air filter and cabin filter suggesting I replace them both. I JUST REPLACED THEM TWO MONTHS AGO at my last oil change. The cabin filter was bright white. The air filter was a little dirty as to be expected by still quite clean and absolutely did not need to be changed. He was just following protocol. Had I been some older woman or guy or even my 27 year old daughter I would have been robbed. And, $93 for the cheapest oil change?! Seriously?! Forcing this synthetic double the price oil on people. read more

Had front and rear brakes done on my car in March. Just had to replace rear brakes. My mechanic said the front brakes are fairly new but the rear brakes are metal on metal. He said that the rear brakes were not changed at the same time as the front brakes. I brought my invoice to Jiffy Lube they refuse to reimburse me for the rear brakes. I think they took advantage of me because I am a woman. Manager at the Derry, NH store was very rude. read more

I was bicycle riding with a friend on 11/8/20 when her pedals started to come off we went to Walmart in Derry NH for new pedals but not one associate would help us so we headed out and Jiffy Lube was at the bottom of the hill and the 2 young men working there helped us. They were so pleasant and patient with us and was able to keep the pedals on until we could get home. I want to say a big Thank you and I will go there for my oil changes in the future seeing how refreshing it was to have a real conversation with a young person these days. read more

I've used Jiffy Lube for years and they've been ok, but I went to the one in Derry NH and WOW they were incredible. I needed an oil change, state inspection, brakes and four new tires. They did everything quickly and professionally at a very fair price. EJ and the other two employees had a great attitude and that's where I'll be going from now on. Thanks guys. Just heard from my fiance about this issue. She is very happy. The service department seems to have made it right. They picked the car up from her work lot while she was working, brought it in, cleaned the engine and applied an extended warranty (12 mo, 12k miles) to the vehicle in case any issues arise. They also detailed the interior of the car. Everything is right again and I really want to say thanks to Joe (service manager) for owning the mistake and making it right. everyone has a bad day or makes a mistake, but they made sure they fixed the error. big ups to Honda Village for doing the right thing. Sounds simple, but it happens less and less these days. read more

I've had a terrible experience at this Jiffy Lube recently. I called on a Friday and asked if they were doing inspections. I was told they were. I brought my car over around 10am and I was told they couldn't do an inspection until after 2:30pm when the inspector comes in. I brought the vehicle back around 3:00pm and I was told there was one vehicle in there getting an inspection and the wait was going to be over 2 hours. I was baffled. I asked if they were doing inspections on Sunday and I was told that they were. I said I would drop my vehicle off and leave it for them to do at their convenience. Needless to say I arrived on Sunday morning and was told that they were not doing inspections today because the inspector did not come in. I could understand this if it was the first time this has happened over the last couple of years, but it seems to be consistent when it comes to an inspection there. I am always given a reason or an excuse to take my vehicle elsewhere. If you don't want to do state inspections then perhaps you should stop offering it as a service options. read more

Excellent service every time! Whether they are busy or not, I have always been greeted with a smile and asked what I need done. The employees always go over any extra things that my car may need and are never pushy about it. They will also explain things to me when I don't know whether to get something done. They aren't condescending, just pointing out the facts of the particular service. I always appreciate their honesty and will continue to have my car serviced here. read more

I never have to wait more than 10-15 minutes from start to finish for an oil change. The employees are very good about making sure you're aware of pricing before they begin looking into any addition services. They are not pushy at all and very hospitable. read more

I called initially in the morning to see if appointments were needed and the man was super polite and helpful. When I went in for service they stepped up to my car as I was pulling in and took care of it immediately. It took maybe 10 min to get an oil change and because it wasn't my car and I had no idea what type of oil my friend needed, they checked in with me first (and mentioned the pricing) and then took care of it. By far the best Automotive Service Station I have been to. Andy Ypya greeted me when I pulled up he opened up my car door for me. I had my sleeping 5 year old in the back so I had to get her out of the car and into the waiting room. He waited till I got her out and held open the front door for me. I was very impressed by this as other service stations I have visited have never done that for me. Next he offered me a seat in the waiting room he pointed out the bathrooms just in case we needed to use it while we were there he then said to help myself to a cup of coffee from the Keurig. Which I did. The waiting room was extremely clean and looked fantastic for a service station by far the cleanest I have ever seen! I had gone in there for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation and they were finished before I could even drink half my coffee! Less than 15 mins waiting...that is outstanding!! Everyone was extremely curious and extremely quick! I have never been more impressed with a service center and the employee's as I was at this Jiffy Lube! I have already recommended to my friends and family to go there if they need service done because of the high quality customer service and quickness they provided me! Absolutely fantastic job Andy and the rest of the team! I recommend that Jiffy Lube gives Andy and his team a raise because of the fantastic job they do. Was a long-time customer of Pennzoil Express Oil and was hesitant to see it changed to a Jiffy Lube. Thought oh well, can change names as long as the Managers and mechanics are the same. Nope...the place is run by a bunch of kids now, pleasant enough but lack of experience doesn't instill confidence. Oh, and don't get your vehicle inspected there, they failed my car because of "mismatched treads" on my tires, 3 of which were brand new and the fourth had a ton of tread still on it. So cost me $40 to learn I am never going back there. Oh where, or where did the Guys who used to run the Pennzoil Express go to?!! read more
