Incident: 1/31/26. I should've listened to the reviews. I usually stand up for myself, but it was early morning, I was already frustrated that every other nearby car wash was busy on a Saturday morning, so I ended up coming here because it's a well known car wash by my old hometown. First, I was greeted by a worker who told me where to station my car so that I can get help from the car wash. That was a good sign to me. Then, I waited about 5 mins for the owner to finally come out and give me a price for my wash. Let me explain. I was interested in the "Engine Wash" which on the sign said $59.99 for an engine wash, seat cleaning, etc. I wanted this car wash option because it seemed reasonably priced next to the $100 wash. When I told the man I wanted the engine wash, he opened my hood and said "it is dusty so yes we will clean it and wash everything inside for $120." I said that's expensive and he said "I'll leave it to you for $100". I said okay. Honestly, in hindsight, I don't know why I accepted. The engine was was literally $60 and I accepted to pay $100 for them to wash my seats and everything. They were done pretty fast, and I was sort of worried because they had my car running on idle the whole time they were washing my seats/ drying it. I had put gas tha morning and it literally wasted 1/4 of gas. I realize now that they left it running so that my engine could dry out since they had washed it. HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED NEXT: my car wouldn't drive past RPM of 2. It kept halting. Long story short; I told the owner and he kindly drove it to see what happened and said ok it's fine I'll have the mechanic (next door, same business) look at it. The car wash was done at 11:30, I picked up my car at 3 They kept my car for 3 hours. All for them to say that they didn't find anything wrong with it but that the muffler had water in it still. The car ran fine after I picked it up. Then, 3 days later during the week it did the same thing all over again and I had to miss work to take it to my mechanic. I paid $80 out of my pocket to check out what was happening to my car because of something the car wash caused!! I will never wash my engine or my car here again. They also took/ kept 2 yellow microfiber towels I had in my back seat floors. I don't even have the energy or courage to go back to complain because I just have a feeling the owner would not take responsibility for this. Personally, I won't return. Just be careful when taking your car here and be mindful they're sketchy. I even tipped the young worker who looked 18. read more

This spot has definitely gone down hill. Not only are they overcharching for SUV's now (use to be $5 now it's $10) they will no longer honor their reward program with a free car wash after 10 visits. Took my car to get washed and when I get my car back my windshield is cracked! I talked to the person at the chasiwr and they said the owner nor the manager where there, to leave my info and that the owner would call me. They still called over one of the mechanics in the place next door and he gave me this story that my windshield must have had a crack and due to the heat and water from the wash it just cracked further. That it's happend several times before with other customers and even he himself has had that happened to his vehicle. So I said, are you basically tyring to say you guys wont take any responsibility? And he stated no but to leave my information so they could contact me. Are you serious?!?! Unfortunately based on the previous comments they most likely won't take any responsibility. Updating my review. I had given them the benefit of the doubt... but ALL AROUND TERRIBLE service. I am very disappointed with the service this company has to offer. Today, I was extremely mistreated verbally by multiple males within the company. Let's start.. I arrived at 2:30 pm and I paid for a deluxe car wash that is valued at $35.00 they were extremely busy and had a high volume of customers. My car wasn't washed until 3:30 and when it came out, there was a large portion of dirt still resting in the passenger side. I politely pointed it out the problem and the worker said he would re-wash it (no biggie). When he took the car back around.. they did not push my car to the front, instead I had to wait ALL over again. Since I had already been there an hour I was a little bothered some. First I talked to Carlos, he is the one who checks cars in. When I told him my concerns, he simply ignored me and walked away! The few times I have been there, Carlos has been extremely rude. Sarcastic comments, laughs in your face and doesn't hesitate to walk away. I even pointed out that he was being disrespectful and he said "perfecto" Second, I dealt with the manager Ernesto. I also expressed my concerns to him.. waiting two hours, my car not being washed probably, Carlos being rude, etc. He kept walking away, once I got his attention he said there was nothing he can do and my car "would be ready soon" and he refused to give me any contact info. He said he would give me a "complimentary car wash" after I told him I wouldn't be returning. He laughed when I asked him for my money back. Lastly, the owner. I was told by the lady at the register that the owner had arrived around 4:30pm I approached him and said "hello are you the owner, I'd like to speak to you" he was very short and said, no and walked away. (Rude). I was a little confused and asked the workers who the owner was and they pointed out the same guy. When I was leaving, I asked him for his name, ROMAN. He once again denied ownership of his own company. I told him I was very disappointed with the service and he said "Good I don't care, don't ever bring your car here again. I don't give a shit." It was an all around awful experience. I'm writing updating this review because no woman should be mistreated. There is a negative culture built within that business. It starts with leadership, which the owner obviously does not have. I will be putting in a complaint with the city and also the better business bureau. They also mistreated a daughter and mother who had taken both of their cars there. They scratched the daughters car and refused to take responsibility. He car was fresh off the lot! So i was in the area and decided to try out to carwash. I even went and got one of the pricier washes so they can put more time into my car. It was 40 dollars for a wash (2020 highlander) they were not busy when i pulled up they had about 2 cars infront of mine. I was watching the guy clean my car the entire time and it looked like he was doing a good job. I got excited to see the end results. Little that i know he sucked at his job. Left my windows with white looking dots. The inside doesn't even look like he wiped down. I have all weather mats so they are pretty easy to wipe down. They couldn't even do that. I always come here to get my car wash and oil change. They have a great deal that if you get your oil change done here, you get a free car wash. The oil changes are reasonably priced depending how many cylinders your car is and the quality of oil you'd like to put in your car. Obviously the better the oil, the more expensive it is. When you request the oil change they give you a receipt to take to the register where you pay for the oils change. When they finish the oil change they drive your car to the line where they do the car washes. Overall no complaints about this place. Will continue to come here. read more

The car wash part was fine. $4.99 for a wash. Most of the workers did a fine job and the wait wasn't terrible. My Spanish has gotten pretty decent over the years. I must say, I was a bit insulted by one of the workers at the intake part of the wash. I'm asian, I get it. However, it was a bit insulting that he did the eye slant thing with his fingers and said that I couldn't see to one of his co-workers. Seriously, I had just put sunglasses on, but I was literally 5 feet away from the car. Kinda unprofessional and downright racist.
