Was quoted 89.99 for a full synthetic oil change. I agreed, and they proceeded to work on my car. Once it was completed the store manager Charles informed me it will now be $99.99. I told him I didn't agree with this business practice and he looked me dead in the face and called me a Deuche! Owners Bret and Leslie were informed and they couldn't care less. This is s classless establishment with bait and switch pricing tactics. Be smart and go elsewhere where your appreciated as a customer. read more

Have used this location often in the past with no problems, though I'd never have called them cheap. Just got oil changed with full synthetic two days ago plus a tire rotation -- about $90 for 5.1 quarts of oil and another $30 for the tire rotation, definitely felt more expensive than the past and definitely pricey. Far worse, I found an oil puddle under the car in my garage afterwards. Went back to them, they claimed they simply neglected to clean waste oil off the frame and "it slowly drips out holes in the frame" -- meanwhile I feel my SUV shaking a bit as they do something that feels more significant than wiping off oil. They refused to compensate me in any way and simply offered to give me a little "oil dry" to address the puddle of oil in my garage. Zero interest in making me whole for my wasted time and the mess their shoddy work resulted in, and zero willingness to provide the name of a more senior manager to address. Pathetic. read more

Dropped in for a quick oil change while my wife shopped in the stores nearby. Was in and out in under 20 minutes. The staff were really friendly and made right suggestion for things to replace like wiper blades and what nots. Will for sure return when it's time for my next oil change. read more

When I arrived at the location, all of the technicians were sitting in front of the building eating, which seemed very unprofessional. Since it was my first time there, I had some confusion as to where to go. The technicians saw my confusion, and instead of directing me where to go, they continued to eat. When I did figure out where to go and arrived in the bay I wanted to go over pricing, so there would not be any surprises, but the person in charge did not seem interested in discussing anything. I went to the waiting room, and the techs began to work on my car. They began yelling at each other, and the tech who was in the pit started throwing sockets at the other saying they were the wrong ones. Then, out of nowhere, another tech decided to obnoxiously rev my engine. When the car was finished, that is when the surprises came. First surprise, an extra quart of oil charge. Second surprise "Skid Plate Removal" fee. Both of these surprises equated to an extra $10.00 in charges. Third surprise, using 5W20 oil instead of the 5W30 that my car is supposed to use. I immediately called my regular mechanic (who I should have gone to for the oil change, as it turns out) to see if this was okay. He said it will work, but recommended me coming in as soon as possible to get the oil re-changed. Maybe all of these things are okay, but they should have been explained and received my approval prior to them being completed. Infuriated, I immediately filled out the customer service survey on the bottom of the invoice and requested a call back. I did receive a call back from a customer service representative and I was told that I would get a call back from an area manager on Monday (6/13/2016). It is now Tuesday (6/14/2016), and I have yet to receive a call. I hate to say it, but quick oil change places like this have a reputation of luring customers in with teaser service rates only to up-charge their customers with additional and often unnecessary services or repairs, or like in my case, they decide to do some "extra" things or use substandard products without telling you. What they say is true - you get what you pay for. My advice, avoid this place and find yourself a good, trustworthy independent mechanic and go to them for all your servicing needs - including oil changes. Yes, corporate/franchise places are quick and offer warranties honored at all locations, but more often than not, many are notorious for hard selling their customers. Beware! read more

Incompetent at best. They put the wrong type of antifreeze in my car and I just found out they put the wrong cabin air filter in it. My mechanic said the filter was not right for the model and they had to force it into filter housing. They mangled it doing so. Idiots - and I was a customer for seven years. read more

All mechanics were friendly from the moment I pulled up. While here all my levels were checked and filled accordingly. The service was fast though I felt a little bit overpriced. Lucky for me coupons for this place are easy to find. read more
