The excellent credit goes to one man: Darin Christensen. Darin was the one who set up my appointment at a time to suit me and when I arrived, guided me through the entire process, including walking me to my car in the snow! important to me: very well appointed waiting room... leather sofa and chairs with cushions (not the usual miserable plastic molds) and very clean and calm. When I called back, they immediately gave me an estimate of nearly $6,000 with no explanation of parts, labor, or how they calculated anything. Instead of walking me through the findings, they went straight into talking about their financing option before I even understood what the repairs supposedly were. When I went in the next day to pick up my truck, I asked for a breakdown of the repairs (the same line items they told me to review in their message). I was told they "no longer share that with consumers." I've never heard of a shop refusing to provide an itemized estimate. The lack of transparency, the inflated estimate, and the refusal to provide documentation make this location feel untrustworthy. I won't be returning and can't recommend this shop based on my experience.

This makes two times in a row. Walmart is right across the street. Why can't you buy some to have on hand until your supply comes in? That would be really great customer service. My invoice says "windshield wash fluid level checked and OK." Absolutely not true. My last visit I got full synthetic oil, and the employee told me that I would be able to get 5000 miles, which was on the window sticker. This time I also got full synthetic and there was no mention of miles, and the sticker says come back in 3000 miles. This just seems not right.
