My last visit I got full synthetic oil, and the employee told me that I would be able to get 5000 miles, which was on the window sticker. This time I also got full synthetic and there was no mention of miles, and the sticker says come back in 3000 miles. This just seems not right. They SPRAY painted over the original paint on the bed to make it look newer and in better shape than it was, so now the spray paint has been peeling off everywhere. The toolbox on the truck doesn't work- like it doesn't open and close or lock. Also, they only gave me one key and insisted that there was no additional key or a key fob... for a 2019!!! After talking to my local dealership, they were supposed to include a second key and key fob with my purchase. I am absolutely disgusted, and would never buy anything from them again.

I called American Pride and they were able to get me in the same day and even helped me get back and forth to my hotel from drop off to pick up. I am a widow and often get hit up for 'added repairs and services'...(I think being a woman dealing with car things, makes me a target). Given some of the other reviews here, I was a little worried that would be the case. They couldn't have been more kind, were courteous and no added 'recommended services or repairs' were pushed onto me. Just a passed state inspection and ready to go. Thank you American Pride. I wanted others to know, that I DID have good experience and didn't get the usual hit up for add ons.

Looking at an old ticket from 2024 I see they charged me $240 for a Wynn's Fuel Injection Flush Cleaning Service. Honda doesn't recommend it. They also kept my car for three days once. Fortunately I was able to work from home during that time, but not without cost. I switched to Crow's Garage. They're a tad less flexible but the service is more trustworthy.

Long sigh from employee who seems irritated with my questions. Told her I would come when they open on my next day off work. Fast-forward a few days later I get a flat tire. I call to make an appointment to have the tire changed. They make an appointment for me. I tell them thank you I will come on that day at that time and also as a reminder, I still need to get an inspection sticker that day as well. I show up 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. I wait one and a half hours. I asked for an update on the car. They say they are just starting to work on it now one and a half hours past the appointment time. They say this is my fault because I added on the inspection sticker at the last minute. (although it was not at the last minute, they knew about it when I made the appointment). I arrange for a ride to pick me up and I very nicely asked the employees could they please call me when the car is ready. They responded "oh we will be MORE than happy to call you. VERT happy to do that" in a sarcastic tone. Keep in mind I sat still for one and a half hours and kept my mouth shut without questions up until the one time that I asked for an update on my car after waiting for an hour and a half. After leaving at which time they had just started working on my car, they call me 10 minutes later and say my car is ready. How do you go from not having started working on it to being ready 10 minutes later and yet I had to wait one and a half hours before you even started working on it? I come back and the dashboard has all these lights on it for lane departure warnings and brake system warnings. These were not on prior to the tire change. I asked the employees about it. They said this is unrelated and I should take it to the dealership. Seems funny that unrelated lights would come on as the tire is being changed. I called the dealership. They said these lights ARE related to the tire change. I go back in store again and I tell them what the Dealership told me. They act very irritated with me. They say their tire guy is at lunch and can't look at it. I asked "all your mechanics are at lunch at the same time?" No only one of them is at lunch. They agreed to take another look at it. They find the issue. They corrected it. No apologies nothing. They give me my key back. This is now taken 3 1/2 hours of my life just to get a tire changed and an inspection sticker. This is too much. This is frustrating. Your employees are very rude. They gaslight the customers. They make us feel like we are a burden. If you do not want to deal with the public, do not take a job where you are working with the public. Next time I will drive to the dealership for care. This is one of the worst customer service experiences have had in a long time.
