However, the tech working with him was completely unprofessional seemed to have an attitude like he didn't want to be at work. I asked to also have the tire pressure checked and he said yes, but had the attitude of it was an inconvenience. If this is how the employees are gonna act at this location I'll go back to the South Ogden one where are the employees actually give a shit. Another thing I would like to also mention is it yesterday evening, Tuesday, September 24 the Layton location was also completely understaffed, which is why I went this morning. Also, when you are working on somebody's vehicle, you shouldn't be on your phone.

At no point did the shop proactively contact us -- we had to reach out every single time just to get basic updates. Even then, the information we were given did not match the actual timeline, and things repeatedly took longer than what we were told. To make matters worse, we were never notified when the car was finished. We only discovered it was done because we showed up in person, where it was found sitting in the parking lot. If we hadn't gone in ourselves, there's no telling how long it would have stayed there. We were also explicitly told we would receive a discount for the inconvenience, but when we checked out, no discount was applied and nothing was said about it. Between the lack of communication, misleading timelines, holding our vehicle overnight without consent or notice, and failing to honor what was promised, this shop showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. We paid a significant amount of money and received poor service in return. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I took my car in for a check engine diagnostic, and the guys there were unprofessional, rude and petty. while waiting in the lobby, the mechanic working on my car walked through the doors to have an attitude and ask me basically implying my check engine light was never on and belittling as if I'm stupid. (Cause everyone just has 150 bucks to drop on a diagnostic that isn't needed right?) I had tightened my gas cap prior to taking my car, but the light was still on.
