After inspection, was sent a comprehensive evaluation AND was taken through all the points by Brian (Bryan?), and shown/told that car had a coolant leak that was likely going to result in having a $5000+ repair sooner than later. Then we heard through the grapevine that our friend Gary started working at Shorie. We'd instantly trust any shop he worked at. Coincidentally, our vehicle began making loud noises and needed attention just about then. Perfect timing. Evidently, when cooling fans vibrate enough, they break off and cause severe damage to your radiator. So, we had our vehicle towed into the shop and had a rental for over a week because we had to help some friends in Yuma. Schorie was fantastic. They did all the work on our vehicle while we were out of town. It needed a few more things, so we authorized the additional work. The estimate was less than other shops had quoted us (for the front rotors and breaks). We came home, drove over, picked up our vehicle, and were super happy with the work that was done and the warranty terms. Aric was terrific to deal with the entire time on the phone and then in the office as well. The shop is run well, prices are decent, and they have a super warranty to back up their service on your vehicle. Highly recommend.

Thought maybe it would take an hour or so but ended up sitting there for almost two. I understand them having to do an over all check of the my truck but was never informed. While waiting I noticed that the employees in the bay working were sorta unprofessional as they were vaping and smoking. one gentleman even kneeled onto a customers car on top of her head lights. The guy who was working on mine sat in my truck for awhile before getting out and even beginning to work just talking to another worker. After an hour they finally took my tires off and started very slow rotation. at this point it was already almost an hour or so in and the oil haven't even been dropped or changed out. When the manager came back in to go over the check inspection they did he seemed to rush me and almost treat me like I had to idea what he was saying, when in fact I do. After going over this with me he said they were finishing up and just were waiting for the ok from the guys in the bay. When he noticed they must have missed something and yelled at the guy who was mainly working in my truck to check and make sure there was a new oil filter in there. I was shocked to hear this. When I confronted the manager he denied saying that to his employe when I clearly heard him and saw him point to my truck. Plus the door was open to the bay and heard every word. He then came back with the credit card printer in hand and told me $49, I thought that was the total amount for the oil change which included the $26 dollar discount. He asked did I want the receipt printed or in my email, I told him to email it, (still didn't get it in my email) As I pulled away my Bank popped up showing $49.11. I called him immediately and asked if he forgot my discount?? He said, no, I gave it to you. So I went in for a $53 dollar oil change and was told that I would be taken care of and I ended up paying $77.00 oil change. I should of stayed at BigO tire. I hesitated on posting this but we have 4 more cars we are getting oil changes on and tire rotations since we just rolled in town from Cali and was looking for a local place we could adopt as our " go to shop" for minor car maintenance .
