When the loader/Prep person is loading and prepping the front of the car ANDdriver becomes distracted when the customer rolls the window down to talk to the attendant. My wife, left her car in drive too long as result and nearly hit the car in front of her. The attendant sprayed water into the driver's face as she rolled down the window. Not good. Cancelled!
