Dishonest people who should work below in the gallows. April not only was rude when I called to complain, she reported my rear windshield wiper needed replacing. I went to Autozone (due to the other rep Isaak forgetting to include her wrong recommendation... thank you, Isaak...), when I went to Autozone to get the wiper we found out it was not even needed and my wiper was perfectly fine. I don't even want to get into how rude she was and lacked ownership of her poor recommendation. There are lots of places to get your oil changed. I really feel ripped off! A conventional oil change was $67! I actually was 800 miles away from needing it changed but I had a headlight out so I figured I'd just get it all done at once. Except they wanted another $40 to do that! So I basically got an oil change I didn't need yet. You know, Walmart Auto Center is $24. Only difference is Quaker State Oil instead, which is perfectly fine. read more

They went out of their way on several occasions not only to help me, but inform me on the best way to take care of my car. Let me start this by soon I'm usually go to Walmart for my oil changes... Would have to go to AutoZone to get my oil filter and then I would have to go to Walmart to get my oil changed... Wait two hours and then pay full price even though they did not Give me a oil filter like the price is included. I finally said I was finished with the Walmart nonsense. I went to Valvoline today and had the most amazing service I have had at any customer retail store in a long time. I went in and received an oil change in less than 15 minutes. I was so impressed. I will definitely be back the team there today was remarkable and stood out above and beyond any store I've been to. I can't say enough how impressed I was with this store. REAL PROBLEM CAUSERS! I brought my car to Mission Grove Valvoline Oil Change Station and shortly after that I noticed my car developed an oil leak. I took it to the dealership to diagnose the problem and found out they had somehow lost my drain plug and replaced it with a non OEM plug that didn't fit properly. It cost me $140 for a new drain plug and subsequent oil change! So if they screw up they won't tell you about it and it will cost you down the road. STEER CLEAR OF THESE IDIOTS! read more

I had them do an oil change at this location a month ago on my BMW. My car was leaking oil a week after the oil change. I took it to BMW and they said it was the oil plug that was not put back in correctly. I came back to this location and explained to them that they installed it wrong. The tech said that the manager change the plug for a new one and that it should be fine. They check the video to make sure it was done and they said that the car was leaking before it the oil change. That is not true. They did not want to fix it or refund me for my oil change. I took it to Buds Tires to get it fixed. They told me that This Valvoline location did not replace the plug for a new one. I had to pay for a new oil change and a new plug. Not only did they not fix it, they lied about putting in a new plug. Be careful with them. They are a dishonest business and staff. read more

They were sooo slow. It's supposed to be a 15 minute oil change. I sat waiting for service for 45 minutes. I was the only car there behind those getting service. No movement for 45 minutes. And they were working on these cars before I even got there. Insane. I finally just left. This was my first time trying a drive-thru oil change and I will definitely return. The employees were quick, efficient, and very friendly which made it a win. To make it even better, at the beginning of the checkup my headlights unexpectedly glitched causing me stress as nightfall was rapidly approaching. Friend went in for a oil change. After the oil change the car wouldn't start. After refusing to repair the vehicle they just messed up and comments like "cars break all the time" they pushed the car out and said call a tow truck. Car was brought to my shop (myself and 5 other techs are ASE master techs). we found they ripped the air intake hose completely in half after pulling the air filter out to show my friend after she initially told them she already replaced it before they even started the oil change. Simple repair they could have corrected very inexpensive. After repeated attempts to contact a manger with no return calls my friend had to bite the bil and repair her car at her expense. Sad when they can't even man up and own up to their mistake. The repairs not coming out of their personal pockets. Stay far away from this place. read more

I get my oil changed at this location quite often and customer service and quality time management is always exceptional but today was different . I didn't think you could improve but they did . Terez , Miranda and Pit person were top notch. I was impressed. In and out with all questions answered plus answers to questions about my car I didn't know I had . All in less than 15 mins. Horrible experience they pulled the plug before they informed me that they report all services to CarFax. I refuse to use businesses that report to CarFax. CarFax is a scam and a racket often recording wrong and or incorrect information which could cost you big time when it comes to a possible trade in or sale. Beware of CarFax! read more

Excellent service and they checked all fluids with no issues. Recommendations on service were made, no pressure to buy more service. The tech Taray was fast and great, showed the dip stick with the new oil and he was very courteous. Highly recommend this place for fast oil changes. Best customer service in the area. read more
