And listening to phone conversations while waiting, they are diligent at explaining why repairs need to get done and what repairs could be held off if $$ is an issue because the repair(s) that need to get done are high. I never heard or have experienced any high pressure sales. It's my opinion that they are looking out for the customer, their financial ability, and the service of the vehicle to give the owner the longevity of that vehicle.

They were extremely courteous, and honest, and the fact that they didn't replace the alternator that did not need it. The lady leading the young men seemed very nice and pretty knowledgeable. However, the work they did on my truck was nothing short of a disaster. Although it took about an hour or more for them to get done. The time it took them wasn't necessarily an issue. The damage under the hood was. They had a hard time getting the oil filter off and ended up cracking something under the hood with whatever wrench they tried to use. While doing so they cut a coolant line as well. Ever since I've been having an overheating issue, and having to put more coolant in my car than usual. And Now my car is in the shop. I was on the side of the road in the middle of the night waiting for roadside assistance trying to figure out how I'm going to get to work in the morning. I do believe they knew they did something wrong and still let me leave.
