    Excellent experience working with Jay Miranda at Van Chevrolet. I recently purchased a 2024 Cybertruck, and Jay did an outstanding job from start to finish. Because of my schedule and an upcoming road trip, much of the transaction had to be handled remotely and asynchronously. Jay was responsive, proactive, and always focused on making the process easy for me rather than forcing a traditional sales approach. The deal involved a trade-in, financing, and several moving pieces, but everything was organized, communicated clearly, and delivered exactly as promised. When I arrived at the dealership, all the details had been handled and the purchase process was smooth and efficient. I've spent much of my career leading operations and customer-facing organizations, so I pay attention to execution. Jay demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine customer focus throughout the entire experience. Highly recommended.

    We have been truck shopping online for a couple weeks. I found the truck we were looking for on Van Chevrolet's site. I called and talked to Austin Hrabe. I asked him if it was at the dealership, because so many say "in transit". Austin said it was there and he even sent me a picture. I told him we would be there at 8 am the next day and he told me he'd have it up front for us to see. When we got there we saw the truck. We parked right next to it and Austin came out right away, along with Patrick Kinnerk. Austin already had the Silverado started with the AC running, which was greatly appreciated. He gave us a thorough walkthrough and answered all our questions before taking it for a drive. My husband and I were very pleased with the look/comfort/ride/handling. It was time to talk $$. I dread this part at dealerships!! I won't go into detail, but I can tell you that it was painless. I can't thank Austin enough for the great salesmanship. You went the extra mile with sending a photo, cooling the truck down, answering our questions, showing all the trucks features, offering us waters, and taking time instead of rushing for a sale. I'm a regular yelper, and I hate leaving bad reviews, but I genuinely. And I mean genuinely. Hate leaving bad reviews. This dealer has actually elicited an emotional review from *ME* which is *HARD* to do. I should have trusted my gut when it told me I was dealing with a SLIMY car dealer. If you have to come here, and you *really* need to buy a Chevy, ask for Brandon. What's my experience you might ask? I was promised something through text. No one was willing to honor it, even though it was THROUGH TEXT. Went through the paper work, and was told a trade in value, they would not honor that. I literally had to walk away. Was promised a truck that was *in stock* it wasn't in stock (shocker). Got my truck a week later (shocker). And all of a sudden I'm paying the car payment for my brand new truck PLUS $800 per month still for my trade in because they refuse to do their JOB and pay off my old car loan. ^^MIND YOU, the finance bro came up to us and said, "hey, I know you're having a crappy experience. I'm going to try my best to take care of you, so please, when you get your review take it out on them". As if I haven't been dealing with you for WEEKS to get my trade in paid off. I really don't see how any dealership would expect a response other than this. If you've come this far, thank you for listening to my Ted tok. I feel like I've been talking to a void for the past 21+ days and just need someone, anyone to listen to me. Please please please learn from my mistake. Told it was a one day deal and had to pick up Saturday so they could meet their "Saturday quota "unfortunately I declined and was told good luck getting that deal anywhere else with my credit profile

    Just purchased my second vehicle through Van. I swore I'd never be back after my experience with Ron a few years ago. He was pushy and never fulfilled his promises. Fast forward to this time. I was welcomed with a fresh fun smile, Braden. I was very up front with what I wanted and could do. He was welcoming and knowledgeable, far from pushy but definitely the type of salesman that a consumer wants to deal with. I was in and out in 2-3 hours from test drives to signing at finance. Finance was another smooth transaction with Travis. No BS, fulfilled promises and a fun, personable experience. Braden, Brandon and Travis all checked in to make sure I was happy and had all I needed. I'm so grateful I dealt with them thus time around, they changed the whole ordeal with my first purchase years ago and I will ABSOLUTELY recommend VAN Chevrolet-as long as you deal with Braden!

    I came in not really knowing for sure what I wanted and Jay was so helpful! He helped me narrow down what I liked and didn't like, and found me the perfect car! If you're looking for a new vehicle I would definitely ask for Jay!! (he even decorated it for me!)

    I purchased 2 vehicles from Van in the last 4 months. I had an outstanding experience both times. If you have trouble with any part of purchasing a vehicle at Van, ask for Scott Daly, in fact start with him and you won't have problems. Scott got my wife and I exactly the vehicles we both wanted and worked hard to get us the price we needed to get the sale done. Scott will go to at it with the management team to make the sale happen. He is quick and no BS. In December asked for floor mats ($500) in the deal for our Yukon, they would need to be ordered. We forgot to get the "we owe" document, which at most dealerships you aren't getting anything. We called Scott a couple days later and he said "yeah, I remember, I'll get them ordered", we picked them up a few days later. That level of integrity cost Van an extra $500 in December, but got them the sale of a 2500HD yesterday because I know I can trust Scott even if it's a handshake deal.

    Look at "added options" Also take away the trade stuff and just add the charges. The actual charge is almost 54k not 50

I was shopping online and he told me the prices online on their website is not the TRUE selling price but a guesstimate. Because they were making no money on financing or add ons he said the price changed online. I went online figuring to pay for a car , taxes, license, doc fee ( questionable) but in the end - after fixing his mistake from above still had tacked on $6,000 to the online price . At that point I was more than done with his lies and Right Honda. I have so much more to say but I'm exhausted from all the back & forth with much of that making No SENSE. The breakdown given me changed three times never for added items . When he thought he had an interested car buyer he thought he had a SUCKER ! Stay FAR away from RiGHT HONDA---

It's late in the day tried calling dealership- automated system not able to reach anyone because "Now we're closed ". Next day checked my battery only ran for a bit and stalled. Took the battery to the dealership because it had a warranty - dealership said no you need to bring the truck in with the battery- that's our policy. Ugh!!! Went home put the battery back in the truck and had it TOWED to dealership. 3 days in the shop to replace the battery and a .20cent fuse in the radio. In passing I made the comment to my service technician that I might be interested in trading it in. Boy sales representative have been diligent calling me to follow up....wish the service department would be that ambitious about serving customers. No way I would purchase a vehicle here...I experienced the future once I own it - not good!

It is a 2021 Alfa Stelvio and a great car, but a lousy dealership. I am surprised since they are a Berkshire Hathaway-owned company. I turned in a 2019 Giulia Quad early on June 22nd and it took Ally (their leasing company) until July 5th to post the $60,600 check. Then on July 12th the payment was "reversed" for some reason. I was told by Ally their check bounced... On July 15th, Ally debited my account in the amount of $1,473 because Ally said I did not turn off Auto-Pay...can't believe it. When something is paid off, shouldn't the payments stop? I have been to the main dealership (Chrysler/Jeep) and spoken to Mo Paracha who has been of absolutely no help. Nor has Chris Nasralla in Finance...the only person worth anything here is Jon Kenny in Service. Since this dealership has been completely unresponsive, I have been in direct contact with Berkshire Hathaway Automotive in Dallas (972-536-2900). I have also lodged a consumer banking complaint against Ally for continuing to debit my account after the lease had been paid off. I now have to attempt to get a refund from Ally...and will probably have to file a claim in Small Claims Court to get it. These guys are all thieves...BEWARE!

I also appreciate how my final bill matched the quote they gave me that's always really important for customers and it doesn't go unnoticed. Finally, the service department clean and detailed my car before returning it to me. I was so happy and it really needed it because it had dust on it from a recent trip and they made me love my Cadillac until I can get my new one next year. They did a better job than Cobblestone. I appreciate my 10 year service advisor, Mario C., setting me up Really well while he was on holiday break and it was still seamless. It couldn't have been more easier, the gentleman who helped me over the phone was very courteous and professional. After the call, I received an email confirmation and I later went to Pinnacle Nissan on the day of my appointment. Checking in was superb: as I pulled up into the service bay area, I was immediately greeted by an attendant that confirmed my scheduled appointment, handed the keys to him and proceeded to the waiting area. The service bay waiting area is extremely roomy similar to a large hotel lobby. There is also seating options outdoors as I found the air condition to be super ice cold. The waiting area is generously stocked with complimentary amenities: ice cold full size bottled water, variety of packaged snacks, selection of herbal teas, and hot coffee. Super hospital level clean restrooms. There is also a section reserved for small kids if you happen to bring them along. There are full rows of children's books and a few toys in a corner that offers a degree of privacy while you wait with your kids from the other people waiting there. I was initially told by the attendant upon checking in that my service appointment would take 2 hours however I only waited a little over 1 hour. The service department was very busy so there were already over a dozen people waiting in the large lobby size waiting area. The services performed: oil change, tire inspection, 18 point vehicle inspection, and complementary car wash. The tech that helped me check out with my paperwork was Wes Auer. Hopefully you are lucky enough to get him if you go to Pinnacle Nissan service dept as he is extremely professional, thorough, and friendly. This is my first review of Pinnacle Nissan Service department and the experience was EPIC. There is literally nothing they can do to improve their system. If the 5 star hotel Ritz Carlton went into the auto service business, no doubt they themselves would duplicate exactly the type of system that Pinnacle Peak Nissan already use. Thank you to Wes Auer for turning a simple routine car service experience into a positive EPIC final boss level highlight of the day. This place is hands down the highest level of auto service I've had since owning a car at 16 and I'm 46.

I bought a new Murano on Black Friday that was delivered with a cut in the rear leather seat, which I reported immediately. Instead of taking responsibility, the dealership told me to find my own upholstery shop. Even worse, I was explicitly told during the sale that the vehicle included remote start and climate control functionality, which turned out to be false. Management acknowledged the mistake but blamed me for not verifying features at delivery. My interaction with Cameron Fisher, the Sales General Manager, was particularly disappointing. He told me he would personally call me to explain how this would be resolved. He never did. I was treated poorly for simply asking the dealership to stand behind what they sold. After years of loyalty, I was ignored and dismissed once the deal was done. I will never do business with Pinnacle Nissan again as long as they employ staff who treat customers this way, and I strongly advise others to get everything in writing.
