I was very unhappy with these movers. They lost an antique table from my grandmother and they broke a very expensive vase. Even though I paid extra for insurance, I got nothing from anyone. What a crock. She moved into a retirement community where there were elevators and long hallways to navigate through. They were fast and set up her rooms the way she wanted. I was really disappointed in my move, especially given the good reviews here and their pre-move customer service. Two of the guys got into an argument during the move and left for 20 mins to argue in the hallway which led to being charged for another hour! Not to mention they chipped my dresser and bed, scratched the floor, and left my new apartment's lobby a mess. They taped a neighbors door and took their decoration to prop the building's door open, and then didn't clean up after themselves. When I called to complain, I was told that I actually got a deal since I got 3 guys instead of 2 and it would have been longer -- so don't trust their quote and don't think that the movers won't milk the time to get more money. Just overall really disappointed, will go with flat rate movers next time so not have to play these games. **Updated** To be clear, the "inaccuracy of the list of inventory" being described is 2 boxes, 2 chairs, and a keyboard that the movers asked to take on their way out. Everything was great, Habib's crew was very friendly and communicated through the whole process. Even with Covid, they were a tad bit late but that is understandable given they can't go over certain roads. The team was efficient and packed up all my belongings, wrapping and taking care of a few precious items that I showed concern over. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This is the only time I am writing a bad review. They are extremely unprofessional. They charge $160 an hour. They had problems with THEIR truck which stopped all the guys from doing my move as they were trying to fix it and calling people including supposedly the office manager, David Barros. When the job was done I was charged for the time they spent on fixing their truck when I mentioned it to David Barros he treated me like I was a piece of shit and as if I didn't know what I was talking about and like I was lying! he kept saying "IT DOESN'T MATTER" Multiple times. I am not sure if he treated me like this because I am a woman or if he treats the general public like this either way STAY AWAY!!!! Used this company about 4 years ago and they were great to deal with , covered all my personal belongings , took there time and executed the move in a timely manner . Used them again several months ago and I was present for the pick up from one house to another and they were in a rush , it was a big move . They did not take the time to cover some of my expensive outdoor furniture and just stacked it on top of one another in the box and scratched all of the furniture beyond repair, this was all powder coated aluminum and it is now in the garbage , when I spoke with the foreman on site about the issue occurring he said they are tired , they also helped themselves to my frig for drinks and used my bathroom and used my kitchen sink at the new home without permission...in the end I hired a professional moving company to handle my stuff like it was there stuff ... I did take the insurance for this issue and there were many pictures taken, I did file a claim and it took almost 4 months to reply with a settlement of zero dollars . I contacted the company and still have not heard back . very dishonest . How would they respond if I damaged there personal belongings and then just basically walked away , now a days you have to be on point if you are in business as the internet will destroy your business if you do not do the right thing . Unfortunately the move was a painful and frustrating experience. 2 out of 3 movers were inexperienced and extremely unprofessional. One had no idea how do anything at all and even asked me if I know how to assemble the bed frame which he disassembled two hours ago. Ended up putting the frame together upside down (which I discovered after they left). No blankets were used for wrapping, only plastic tape, which resulted in scratched walls and furniture. Lamps were not packed at all, and one was damaged. Movers were very slow and it took almost twice over estimated amount. We have moved many times over the past few years and can compare the process. They are careful with your property and shrink wrapped all furniture and mattresses. This moving experience was a total nightmare. The moving company is a train wreck. the damage they did is extensive. Broke the handle off the armoire, scratches in the bedroom and dining room furniture, scratched and gouged two BRAND NEW BAMBOO floors, broke a recliner, broke one of the drawers in the bedroom nightstand, had my couch laying on it side, material down uncovered. If it were not for my son and son-in-law, who helped the 4 movers, I do not know what I would have done. Two of the movers took constant water and cigarette breaks. At the home they moved me from, I had to do all the clean up of garbage thrown around every room. And now dealing with them to get compensated for all the damage is another nightmare. One of the guys on the phone talking to his gf or who knows, Oh and I had to pay $110 they charge for the trip they do from their office to my storage unit! Team is very good and efficient on wrapping my furniture. Came in on time and charged on the amount agreed on the contract. Ran an hour more because of the difficultly of moving out the sofa out of my old apartment and they had to spend some time on taking out of the door and put it back on because my sofa is a little oversize. No extra charge and all moving crew wear mask throughout the entire process. Would recommended to any friend or family of mine if they need a moving company. read more

I was promised a two man crew at 8 AM who would be strong enough to move my furniture into their truck. I got a scrawny two man crew at 11 AM who don't speak English well and could not move my furniture. I had to send them back. There was no communication to them of what time they needed to show up. There was no one accountable at their office to call, despite the website promising it was staffed 7 days. Basically this service was all promises, smiles, and low costs, and nearly turned into a disaster. Fortunately another company was able to step up and send a crew with last minute notice. The worst moving company you can go with!!! They broke glass items, vases, urns, dinnerware set for 12 is now for 10, crystal glasses that were for 8 is now for 5.... they put dents, nicks into our furniture, scuffed up the hardwood floors. One of our smaller tables they banged it all up and one of the legs was now crooked, had to throw it away. Threw garbage on the carpet in our home we were moving out of, threw water bottles and lunch debris over the lawn. Even had the nerve to open a window and put out a fake tree through the window to save steps in going out the door, and in doing this a lot of the leaves were broken off and left out on the ground. Drove out our trash that was to be picked up by the garbage company, which I then had to clean up. Contacted the company to let them know how bad this move was and nothing. The one mover, would just throw the boxes on top of one another even though it was marked fragile/glass enclosed. He broke part of a tea set and never even said anything, just left the broken item on the counter, as if it was there already. We even took out extra insurance and got nothing back in return. If you co not care about your belonging then go ahead and use them, but I would never deal with these people again....talk about a waste of money - cheaper is not always better, you get what you pay for!!! Was very excited to work with this company after reading all the great reviews. I have not one good thing to say about them. The movers packed my stuff in the truck after I showed them what I wanted them to take, all of a sudden I see the truck pulling off. Not one said a word and as I looked around they forgot an entire bed, dresser, and a ton of stuff in the basement ( which I had said everything here goes). Called them to come back with in five minutes of their departure. Took them 45 minutes to get back to my house. Lost all my screws to the furniture they did take apart. Wouldn't take my bed frame apart "because it's going to take to long". Now it's sitting in my garage. Never put any of the furniture back together and broke my sliding door. Called multiple times and was told someone would reach out in claims. Haven't heard anything. Was booked for 6 hours and would have went over but they were in a rush threw stuff everywhere. Great dedicated teams, one for packing and one for moving and finishing up All team members were very friendly, helpful and hard working -getting things done! However the packing team was excellent, very methodical with their approach, the supervisor was well connected with me and not afraid to reconfirm my needs and plans! Overall all was packed and shipped in 2 days and I have peace of mind The only thing though was the estimate of the cost.... it came out well over! The time and material were used to justify the higher cost, but I would have preferred to have a more realistic quote in the first place. So...three very friendly guys show up a few minutes late with a smaller truck than I thought would be needed. I mention this to Ishmael as I show him what's to be moved. He sez " no problem". They went right to work and did a masterful job wrapping everything to prevent any damage. But I was right... we could not get everything loaded. Fortunately we weren't moving very far away so they offered to make a second trip for what remained. They charged me a little bit more but considering the size of the furniture and the difficulty of bringing into my townhouse I got a really fair deal. These guys were total pros! read more

Worst moving company I ever used. To start they were 4 hours late. They charged me $80 extra because they said they wrapped my tv in boxes which was not the case because one of the TVs was in a blanket which they forgot to unwrap. They were going to leave my mattress wrapped too until I stopped them to undo it. I was charged for 3 guys but 2 people were working at a time while the 3rd disappeared. They scuffed my brand new apartment walls with my couch that was not wrapped and put in a dirty moving van. I called and the person I spoke with could not explain the extra charge for boxes and also did not offer to give money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. they will try and over charge you and they are terrible. read more
