The technician who showed up (young guy, said he was from Israel, heavy accent, seemed trustworthy) brought tools that did not match the Instagram ad and said not to worry because "it's a process." He added $150 saying my dryer setup was more complicated, then used a leaf blower taped to my air ducts and charged another $150. Later he asked to check the attic. That's where the scam happened. He ripped the plastic covering the air ducts, made a hole, took pictures, and then claimed I had rats in the attic, trying to sell me a $600 repair for damage he created himself.
