After getting there, I don't get his name but he had a bald head. He inspected the tire and found the area where the tire was punctured. They patched the tire and was kind of enough to give some recommendations which I know most places wouldn't but he still presented his concerns on why I should get a new or used tire. I ended up just patching it because I normally get my tires from another place. The patching wasn't expensive, it only cost me $25 but I was solid for a few days until my new tire was ordered. When I called him to verify he was open and we didn't waste our insurance tow miles, he tells me oh, cash only, (weird) and oh I close at 11, when are you going to be here? Very persistent guy, no empathy whatsoever because of the fact we just got a flat tire in this doomed state full of potholes. We get there and as our tow truck driver leaves us and takes off, the guy on the phone wasn't even there, he's like big brother or the godfather, boss of everyone, but he never shows his face. The attendant is short and not nice as well, he says oh 150 for a new tire and that's it. He tells me to call the godfather to see if he'll go lower, to which he says ok 130. Like, prices shouldn't be negotiable, your product is what it is, that's a huge red flag. That tire is probably 50 bucks brand new, I don't recognize the brand but we needed one and it was the only place nearby that was open. They attendant took a while to make me a receipt, just hands it to me and walks over to another customer that was there. No thank you, see you later or have a good night. Complete disregard for their customers and no manners. No wonder they have like a 3 star rating. Never coming here again, if I don't need to. Save your money and go with a trusted business that treats you like a human being. PS: looked up the price of the tire we got, it's 75 dollars, got charged 130. DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!
