Back again for another summer and their summer flavors are so good! The strawberry cheesecake and mint Oreo were probably some of the best ice cream I've had. Mint Oreo was the perfect ratio of Oreo pieces, and strawberry cheesecake had delicious cheesecake chunks mixed in. Their portions are huge and well worth the money. It was quite busy when we came but the line moves quickly. The employees are really friendly and move everyone along very quickly! I had a "one scoop" size which I actually split into 3 flavors because it's technically 3 scoops of ice cream. "One scoop" is their smallest size and it was plenty! The ice cream was rich and delicious. I got mocha almond, peanut butter crunch and cookie dough. Yum! So refreshing. I'm always up for trying a new ice cream shop. I've seen this place come up on Yelp when we've been to Rehoboth but we never had time to stop. I was excited that there happened to be a location in Fenwick Island that was right down the road from the restaurant we had dinner. It's easy to drive right on by this and I didn't even notice it the first time. We walked up to the store and there was a sign that directed you to use the back entrance. Once we walked all the way around the building, we stepped inside and were served right away. They had multiple flavors to choose from. Orders in our party included: salted caramel, peanut butter fudge, peach and cherry vanilla. The portion sizes are huge! So come hungry, share or just get one scoop! The peanut butter fudge wasn't that flavorful and could have used a lot more fudge mix-ins. The salted caramel was delicious and a good combination of saltiness. The peach wasn't anything special. The cherry vanilla was more just cherry ice cream. It was pretty dark in color and usually this ice cream is a light color due to the vanilla with the cherry mixed in. You could taste no vanilla whatsoever. However, all the ice cream is creamy. Although not the best ice cream I've had, it was good. Went to this ice cream shop after having an awesome meal at Rusty Jimmies. It was early on a Sunday evening, and there was a line forming already. We ended up ordering a bunch of icecream for the family. The cups and scoops were huge. We ordered the 3 scoop sized cups, and they were pretty much bigger than a pint of icecream. The flavors - Lemon Chiffon, cookie monster (daily special), cotton candy, banana, cherry, vanilla, salted caramel and coffee. We shared each others ice creams and they were all delicious! They have a bench outside at the back entrance and multiple picnic tables out front for their customers to enjoy. Inside there are also a few benches to sit on to enjoy your ice cream and the AC. The staff were very friendly and patient. As a family of 4 with 2 kids who like to "try" flavors it's always nice to be greeted with kindness. The ice cream is farm fresh and delicious. I enjoyed a double scoop of Salty Caramel in a homemade waffle cone. The flavor was the perfect combination of sweet and salty while offering a smooth and creamy consistency. The homemade waffle cone was large and sturdy. Needless to say I ate every last bite. It seems they have multiple staple flavors as well as a couple rotating flavors. When we visited the Blueberry specialty flavor was sold out but we heard other guests rave about how good it was. The shop also offers merchandise to purchase; tumblers, hats, magnets and more. For example, the cookies 'n cream that I ordered had giant chunks of Oreo-type cookies in each bite. Got it in their waffle cone, but when the server accidentally cracked the waffle cone while scooping in the ice cream, she DOUBLED it by putting it into another waffle cone. God bless her. The portions were a bit too big for me and I found that most of the ice creams had the same base flavor. We got coconut, butter pecan, and holy cow. They were a little on the sweet side and we found ourselves having a hard time finishing it.
