Pretty salon, very nice staff, they communicate well, they are quick, clean supplies, great nail salon all the way around! I wish I lived closer because this would be my go to! Nancy was my nail tech and I highly recommend her. I did scope out everyone else's work around me while i was there too, everyone seemed to be great from what I saw. The male nail tech who sits beside Nancy ever recommended another iption to the women he was working on because what she asked for wasn't going to be the outcome she really desired. I love when people are honest and his communication lead to her satisfaction with the service. Love this place. You should give it a try. read more

Why is it so difficult to find a good nail salon in this city!?! Ahhh, the struggle. Bookmarked a couple places here on Yelp but finally decided on this one. My friend and I came here on a Sunday afternoon...probably an hour after opening. We walked in and the receptionist greeted us, asked us what service did we have in mind. My friend wanted a gel manicure and I wanted acrylic full set. We were serviced right away. Both our male manicurist were friendly. Had small conversations here and there although we didn't get their names. My friend wanted her gel manicure simple. White polish with small silver glitter flecks. I, however, always wanted something more than I can afford. Originally wanted white tips with glitter and then below my white glitter tips, red glitter/green glitter alternating fingers. The manicurist quoted me a total of $65. That was more than I wanted to spend. So long story short...I just settled on white tips with small silver glitter flecks. =( I HATE SETTLING....but damn...that's what happens when you're a broke a$$ bi*tch!! sighh....hashtag firstworldproblems. So... My friend's gel manicure with white gel polish + silver glitter was $35. My acrylic full set with white gel polish + silver glitter was $50. (pics included.) Reason why I knocked off so many stars was because: -1 star: my acrylics were NOT even. My right hand's nails are smaller than my left. -1 star: just two days later, some of my white polish is slowly turning a tint of yellow. Uhhh WTF!? I didn't even do anything strenuous with my hands....is this even actual GEL polish they used on me!? Why is it turning a hint of yellow on the tips!? -2 stars: my friend's polish actually STARTED CHIPPING just 2 DAYS LATER!!!! And I can assure you, she takes care of her manicures...she doesn't do anything strenuous with her hands either. Unacceptable. Very disappointing....wanted to be festive for the holidays but this was a fail. -__- ugh. There's wayyyyy too many nail salons here in Vegas...I'm sure I'm bound to find a good one. Did a horrible job and I don't even know why I gave her 22% tip They just overcharged me! Charged me extra $8.00 to file off the gel polish off my nail .. seriously??? My nails are so bumpy as well! Sooooo disappointed! I travel so far away just to come here, I wish it wasn't the owner who did my nails, I should have stuck with the same nail tech from my previous visits read more

So unsanitary. Tools just laying in a basket, no liner in the bowl. Putting there hands in the same tub of scrubs and masks on everyone's legs with no gloves. I have never been so disturbed. Paid 80 bucks for gel pedicure didn't even get my legs massaged and to top it off she left the mask on my legs for about 30 minutes which made them so red and didn't wipe it all off and it got all over my pants. My husband and I were a little skeptical to come to vanities because of the reviews, I'm really glad we came despite the negative reviews. It was a great experience. I'm not sure which was better, the pedicure or Nancy and Danny's (the pedicurist) personality. They were very bubbly and friendly and made the whole experience even better. They did a really great job. The prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place). We will definitely be back. read more

After years of going to different random nail salons I finally found the one I want to stay at! I've been here quite a few times now and always book my appt with Holly. She is amazing, very knowledgeable and can do pretty much everything! The front desk girls are always super nice and I always feel welcome there. They were also just renovated recently and this place is BEAUTIFUL, super modern and fun. Brand new pedi chairs, counters and everything. I come here every 2-3 weeks or so now. Definitely ask for Holly if you come here :) read more

The place looks pretty cool, service is not that great and the price is really expensive for this kind of service, the lady did my feet and then left me at my chair saying someone will right with me to do my nails, I got started first with my feet but my friend started her manicure right after her pedicure and I'm there waiting for someone to tell me where to go and to help me, the lady who did my feet went somewhere else and helped a different client and I'm like what the hell?! After a lack luster experience at another salon, I was hesitant to visit here. What if its the same crappy customer service? What if they act as if they don't want to tend to me? No issues here! I've been a customer of Vanity Nail Salon and Spa on S. Las Vegas going on a year and a half. I use to live in the area and would visit the Spa for a mini pedi, just the basic service. I now live about 30 minutes from Vanity but continue to go back because of the following: 1. My technician/consultant is Kayla, who's a true professional at what she does and has excellent customer skills. Kayla, has never disappointed me with her level of service and she always honor her appointments times. 2. Vanity employees and management overall are professionals and understand customers service for good customers experiences while visiting Vanity. 3. Facility is always clean and no harsh smells. Well kept salon. Cute and modern. Nice owner and Stephen is great as well. But the star here is Victoria. I've had her pamper me for 2 years. She's caring, sweet, always happy and positive, and gets the job done to perfection! I'll follow her anywhere to keep my nails perfect. Any time I havent been able to go to her my nails are a disaster. She knows exactly what I want, how I expect everything to look, and she's prompt. Amazing. Ask for Victoria! I don't know where to start with this nail salon except the fact that I love it here! I've been going here for a little over a year and I'm super loyal to them. Everyone is so kind and loves to really connect with their customers. They give you exactly what you need and are always recommending any details they think can spice your nails. Prices vary depending on what you get but for the experience and the quality of nails, I think it's well worth it! It's near the South outlets and places where you can have a bite too! You have to see CiCi for your nails, pedicures, waxing- she's the best! And she can do the most amazing nail art! She really enjoys what she does and takes pride in her work and it always shows in her finished product! I've been goin to CiCi now for a few months and will only let her do my nails! Oh and she's a sweetheart on top of her amazing skills!!! Vanity nails itself is a super clean shop with a modern design aesthetic. I highly recommend this nail shop! First time customer. I've been looking for someone decent to do my nails in Vegas. It's been hard to find. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Victoria. She was a true professional. She was pleasant and did an amazing job with my nails. Had a gel manicure and I picked a light color which is always hard to paint on evenly. Victoria handled it like a pro. The color was even and looked great. Something so simple you figure it shouldn't be an issue but to most nail techs I've tried here in Vegas, it's very difficult. Only wish she didn't use the electric nail file/drill on my nails. But other than that I will be back and request she doesn't use the machine on my nails. Thanks Victoria! read more

I'm in Vegas for work/Vegas. Didn't have time to get my nails done before this trip. The waitress at the resort inn staying at highly recommended this place. I see why. They are very professional. Place is clean. It doesn't have the musty nail place smell (probably because doors are opened). The staff is nice. Danny did my gel manicure. My nailed came out really nice. Plus side is that he massaged my arm and hands. Wow!!!! Great massage. Whenever I'm back in town I will sure stop in. Price is normal for gel manicure ($35). I pay roughly around this price at my nail salon in Jersey. read more

I USED to love this place . It was close to home, and Kathy always did a great job on my mother and mine nails. She is super sweet and goes out of her way to do a good job. However today, the young girl at the desk decided to give me a huge attitude because I asked her to go to a different chair because I knew the massager wasn't working. She insisted it was but I knew from being there a few weeks before that it wasn't. Seriously, whatever happened to good customer service?! I am not getting anything for free and all I expect is a smile and being accommodated. Getting your nails done is a luxury and if I choose a facility then I would hope the customer service would go with it. Sorry Kathy you are amazing but the rest of your people are not! read more

I truly hate this place. Every single time I come here it disappoints me this time I kept telling the lady that she made both my hands two different shapes and she kept telling me no and they are def two different shapes ones flat one is thick and rounded out ... $85 for a full set you guys are liars and wanna rip people off ... I would be more than happy to pay $100 for a full sad if it was actually good quality in the work was nice... 2 hours in nails and still couldn't do it right read more

Soooooo, I was here a month ago and Diane did a great job on my nails. I wanted all black everything because I was going to a funeral and it came out perfect. The photo that I've posted is 4 weeks later and not a single chip or crack. I deal cards in a casino and only now did two nails on my right hand chip. I don't expect anything more than 4 weeks and the rockstar polish and Diane gave me exactly what I expected. read more

I tried going to other nail salons closer to my house, but ended up coming back to Vanity Nails for the quality and the friendliness. Worth driving across town for! The owners are also very nice. I've been coming here for the last 6 years off and on. It really depends on what tech you get. I feel the men ones are always the most gentle and attentive to detail. Today I believe I saw Diana and she was extremely rough she filed the sides of my thumbs raw and my ring finger bled. They came out okay but not the best work I've received from this shop. I plan on looking for another salon. For $65 this was not worth the pain in my nails. read more

$25 dollars for a SPA pedicure + immaculate and modern decor + riendly and wonderful staff + an impeccable pedicure = my new nail spot! Only has opened for 6 months. They are closed at 9pm and located on Las Vegas Blvd in front of outlet mall. They did a wonderful job and worth the drive! read more

This place gets 1 extra star for being open later than the other nail salons in the area. I've only been here once, but so far so good. I got there right after 7pm and they had me in and out in about an hour (with time for drying) I was surprised it was so quick, because I never felt rushed. While I sat in the massage chair, one guy did my toes and another did my nails while standing next to me. It was all pretty efficient. I like that the massage chairs are a little excluded. They are behind a clear wall. Pedicures for $20, you can't beat that price. I'll definitely be trying this place again. read more

Let me start off by saying that my experience here was so bad that I took the time to make an account and write this review. I use yelp all the time but never needed to actually make an account. The nail service and customer service was far by the WORST i have ever experienced. I got my nails done 2 days ago and all my nails were chipped and cracked on both hands. I also got my eyebrows done which was extremely painful. I went back today to get them fixed and not once did they apologize for the inconvenience but rather blamed me for not getting the service that was 30 dollars more than i paid. The entire hour she was fixing my nails she was talking in Vietnamese to the other workers creating a very uncomfortable situation with all the workers looking back at me. Never would go back again. I would urge anyone that considers to go here to drive and extra 5-10 mins to a different salon. In the 6 years I've lived here I have never experienced such bad service and uncomfort while getting my nails which is supposed to be relaxing and pleasurable experience. read more

I've been coming to this salon since I've moved to Vegas it took me a while to find the right nail tech due to me being real picky when it comes to my nails.. Vivian is who I see every time I come to vanity she does an amazing job and takes her time.. Now like I said I've been seeing her for years and every time I walk into the place we laugh and giggle and always caught up on each other's lives.. Kind of like in the movie legally blonde she's always their to listen while remaining positive at the same time!! At the end of the day I love this place and every employee has always treated me with respect and provided excellent customer service, I wouldn't trade Vivian in for the world!!! read more

Weekends tend to get busy bc of tourists that go to the outlets but if you call & make an appointment they honor that & never make you wait. read more

This had been a bad experience all and all, the service was horrible the staff was not friendly (and I bet was talking s$&@ behind our back) the price was not the cheapest and to top it all off my gf did gel which was supposed to last 3 weeks and peeled off after less than 24 hours (see pic). The only good thing about this place is that it's well maintained. Too bad, yelp never fails but this time it was a fail! read more

Very nice place I was getting my nails done the day before a trip and I also had to get to work as well at 3 and it was 11:50 so thought I would be at the nail place for a good hr maybe two but got done at 12:40 and wow so fast I am normally at a place for two hrs or so and they did an amazing job and made sure I got the color I wanted and gave me a great price read more

The experience itself was nice. I received a nice massage and a deluxe gel mani pedi with an acrylic fill. *BUT*.... that night as I was falling asleep I felt something sharp on my pinky toe nail. I looked and the polish had more than half peeled off and was sticking up. A day and half later it completely peeled off one of my other toes. The service was over $100 with tip and I was vacationing so I didn't have the opportunity to go back and have them fix it so I had to pay a lot of money for a pedicure that didn't even hold up for one whole day. Disappointed. *HOWEVER* the service WAS nice and I would give them another chance especially if they're willing to discount my next service to accommodate my dissatisfaction. I showed them a picture along the lines of what I wanted and they said no problem. Halfway through, the nail technician told me she was going to use glitter which is not at all what I wanted but she insisted it would match the look. I trusted her and let her continue. By the end, my nails were completely wrong and I was unhappy. They told me it was unreasonable of me to ask them to match a picture. I completely understand that sometimes it won't be an exact replica, but this was blatantly wrong. They told me there was nothing they could do and that I would need to come back the next afternoon to fix it, but of course I had a flight to catch. I couldn't believe that they wouldn't offer any correction. I went to another salon early the next day and they were able to replicate the picture with NO PROBLEMS. They even offered me a discount to redo my nails and fix what this other salon had done so terribly wrong. I trust nail salons to tell me up front if they can or cannot do something. They did absolutely nothing to try to compensate or fix it and had an attitude with me when I expressed that I was unhappy with it. I do not recommend.

Christine and Cathy were fantastic. They were masked, took our temperatures, had us use hand sanitizer and got us ready for our pedicures. They were both friendly and personable. We chatted and laughed while they worked. I have issues with one toe and Christine was thoughtful, careful and thorough. I have nothing but good things to say about both of these fabulous ladies. My toes are sooo happy! We will be back!
