Very shady pricing. Buyer beware There are plenty of salons that consistently do good work and do not try to scam you and switch the price. I was quoted 35 for a basic pedicure even brought my own color. I even stated that all I wanted was the basic pedicure. After all was said and done they charged me 40 dollars on top of the 35 to apply my own color it was a Kiara Sky glow dip powder. Then the manger made a scene and acted like she was doing me a favor to discount the unlawful charge. I say unlawful because at no time was I asked if I wanted to pay and extra 40 dollars on top of the 35 for the color.when I made the appointment I called and was diligent about pricing she was very specific and although Henry was nice enough he absolutely should have told me it would be a hundred percent more to use my own color. He either didn't know or deliberately scammed and schemed to get that extra 50 dollars. He said he has been doing this for 20 years so it is difficult for me to believe this was from ignorance. The experience was awful and a hard lesson I learned to stick with reputable salons with clear and consistent pricing. I will not be returning they should absolutely be cited for unlawful bait and switch pricing protect yourself and patronize one of the other hundreds of quality and trustworthy salons. read more

It's a good salon, staff is very polite. I will say if you like designs on your nails ask for Henry, other techs can do designs as well but Henry does them best. I do recommend checking your nails throughout the appointment to ensure u like them though some techs do get upset if you don't like them. read more

Service was okay but wasn't the best could've been better. Instead of doing a soak off she forces my actylic nails off with a nail tip, which damages the nail bed. Then she files down my side walls of my nails damaging and leaving them obvousily red and nail polish wasn't applied evenly on nails showing streaks. Wont be coming back. read more

The customer service here is absolutely amazing! The staff is warm, welcoming, and truly makes you feel valued. Their pedicures are incredible--definitely some of the best I've had. However, I wouldn't recommend getting your nails done here. While I'm sure not all the nail techs have the same approach, I've had my nails done by four different techs on four separate occasions, and unfortunately, the results have been consistently disappointing. Each time, I've ended up going to another salon the very next day to have them soaked off and redone. Additionally, does it look like my skin is peeling? It's not--that's the acrylic and gel polish after I left the salon and was "all done." That alone should speak for itself, I'll attach the photo I asked the tech for my nails to look like for a reference. If you're looking for a fantastic pedicure experience, this is the place to go, but for nails, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. read more

I've been several times now and haven't had a bad experience. The young guy is INCREDIBLE. I was having a horrible day this morning, I came in with no appointment for a pedicure and he was just so kind and considerate, we chatted about so many things and he just came off so candid and authentic. The vibe of nail salons can be so over the top sometimes, maybe even a little forced or in your face, but this one is more laid back, homey, calm, and continually delivers great service. I guess I waited a bit to write this to make sure service was consistently good and it has been- both for me and my daughter. You can schedule online (but should call to confirm) and schedule directly by calling. Location: in the Smith's shopping center near restaurant and Juju's massage parlor. Ample parking that typically right in front of the front door to the nail salon. Affordability: super affordable for yourself and if you have kids that partake in their wonderful services it's affordable for them too. In the last 3 years, her and I have gone to many places where we've paid $200+ for mediocre services; however, here she's valued and appreciated. They give the same treatment (minus the complementary wine) but do give her water and the wifi password and she's golden! Anyway, my personal FAVORITE is a tech named Steven. He has great intellectual conversations about almost anything under the sun, he is personable and gives the perfectly pressured massage to the feet, toes, calves and heels. Offered water more than half way through the pedicure. Deluxe Pedicure experience is nothing over the top but got whatever needed done. Prices are affordable. Had a gel mani/pedi today done by Henry. Never have I felt so rushed. Did not clean under my nails either fingers or toes. Nails filed uneven. Just put a warm towel over my legs did not wrap each foot. Used drill to remove nail gel but didn't wipe clean with alcohol when done. When I asked another employee if he spoke English well enough to understand me, he demanded I return to his work station. I just let him finish and walked away, very disappointed. In contrast my teenage relative who was with me. Had Ladi who was absolutely wonderful. Spent time doing a great job. Cleaned her nails, wrapped both feet in hot towels. Everything I didn't get done was done for her. Which since it was my relatives first time was perfect. So if you go to this salon please ask for Ladi and beware of Henry. So I came here with a friend to get pedicures for her birthday. From the minute I walked in the customer service was great. We sat down in the massage chairs and our water was started. My lady came over and asked which nail polish I wanted and so I chose a boring gel polish, I like boring, it matches everything. :) I asked for the $35 spa special. It was great from the sugar scrub to the massage. I was looking forward to the cheese grater on my feet though and didn't get it. Disappointed in that. I wear a lot of sandals and my feet tend to harden up in certain areas. I also changed my mind on the color, I saw a gorgeous color purple from across the room and decided that I wouldn't be boring and went with it. As the lady started painting my toes she asked to do a design. I told her no once. She asked me again to do flowers on my toes, I told her no, I am not much of a flower type of girl. Then she said that she was going to do a design anyways. awesome. So hanging out with my friend and enjoying our time and I look down and the lady is painting lime green, dark green and gold wisps of stripes on my big toe. WTF?! The entire color and nail just got covered up and I didn't even ask for it. The kicker is when she told me that it was $70.00. Not sure how it came out to be so much. $35 spa treatment $10 gel $5 nail design Somehow the numbers aren't adding up but it was my friends birthday so I paid it and left without saying anything. I didn't want to make a scene and I just decided to deal with it. I hate my toes, they're ugly and the pretty color that I picked out has been covered up. Maybe if they didn't continue to push more on you and listened after you said no the first time, I may go back and try them out again. But as of right now, I wont. read more

Best Nailshop hands down. At Other nail shops I always have to wait, but every time I get to First Choice nails I get thrown in a chair. They offer water or even alcohol if you like, but for my toes my boyfriend(in my mind) Steven does my gel pedicure and always does a wonderful job. My manicures always are done perfect. My gf and I walked in here after walking out of Star Nails across the way(Star Nails were rude and unprofessional). We were immediately warmly greeted by the staff of First Choice Nails. Their customer service is top notch; they make you feel comfortable and at home. Bryan took care of my gf's nails and did a tremendous job. The younger gentleman did a mediocre job on my pedicure but the older gentleman in the last spot on the left gave me the worst half assed manicure I've ever had. Then pretended he didn't know, well they charged us anyway after butchering my foot. Glad I recorded it, stay away! They are dishonest and negligent with customers.
