I got a week of tanning to try it out and after 3 sessions told the gal at the front desk that I did not notice getting any tanner. She told me the level 2 bed was not to get darker and instead it was to maintain the color I already had- which was no color. I've tanned many times before, but I have never heard of a tanning bed not meant to give you any color and that information certainly wasn't given to me when I purchased the package. On top of that two of the face bulbs were out and not replaced within the week I tanned there. This was a complete waste of my money and more importantly, my time.

I did quite a bit of research and finally decided on Brush due to the high ratings and Healdsburg location. After trying to contact the owners and manager of the salon and getting no response, I felt it necessary to go on Yelp and warn anyone wanting a Brazilian Blow out to NOT have it done here. I could not have been more unhappy with the service, unfortunately. These treatments are not cheap, by the way...$300+, which is worth it since typically your hair will stay smooth and frizz free for up to 3 months. Mine did not last 2 weeks - even after I had gone out and purchased all the mandatory shampoos and conditioners to keep it looking good after the treatment. Red hair can be a challenge, and I guess mine was too much for my stylist. My stylist unfortunately wasn't up to the challenge - and I am out over $350 for the service. Very poor customer service, too, that no one could return my two emails. My stylist was very nice and personable, and the salon was beautiful - but I will NEVER be returning after the service I had done, and the lack of customer service I experienced.
