Visited 9/27/24. Carwash tore the mirror cover off of my new truck. When I asked for a refund the attendant refused and blamed me. Aside from this the wash quality is awful. This is by far the worst car wash I have ever experienced. Where do I start the fact that the vacuums hardly ever work or have enough power to actually pick up dirt or the wash machines are in poor shape and are way overpowered and have machines installed that server no purpose besides spinning water at way over powered speeds. I had gone in with my BMW and the machines tore my gas cover lid complete off. When I went to tell the guy all he did was retrieve it and without a word or apology just tried to fit it back in even though it was all broken. Of course he said they are not liable although their machine and car wash was the cause but no apology, no other offer of a free wash or something to ease the customer. The only reason I used to go here was it was next to my house, but never again worst customer service and worst products they have to offer. read more

Yelp Challenge 2018 14/100 Trailing behind Weed stores, vape shops, Poke and Avocado Toast...we have Express Car Washes. I totally get it. You want to save a fiver and avoid tipping the two dollars(which your Dad was doing in the 90's) so much for cost of living increase. I always give three just to see the look on their face. This place seems to run well in it's initial week. Not too crowded yet. Since it's been offering Free washes, the cashier hasn't had to do any heavy lifting yet. I really needed to vacuum out my car, but the vaccines have hardly any suction so it takes forever to get anything up. Horrible experience. Everything is old and nothing works properly. The car was not dried. Still had soap and water spots. Workers don't even know what is going on. There was a cone blocking the entrance at 6:30pm. Online it says they close at 8:00. One person removed the cone and allowed us to enter, but as we pulled up to pay the two men in the booth told us they were closed and were confused on how we got there. Horrible customer service!! I've been going there since they opened and everything has gotten progressively worse. Half of the vacuums don't have good suction or none at all. My car used to come out great, now it's still all wet. The worst thing is the rude guy in the cashiers booth. My car had gotten stuck halfway through the wash so the attendant told me to go through again. When I got to the booth I told this"manager" what happened and he said " that's impossible, you must have had your foot on the brake or hands on the wheel ". I went there earlier today around 2 pm. There was no one at the booth. After waiting 5-7 minutes I honked my horn several times to get some's attention, no response. I then tried to leave maneuvering my car not hitting the yellow sticks. At that time the attendant showed up saying if you want to wash your car you need to wait & kept on arguing with me after I gave him my credit & asked for a wash and he still kept on arguing. I told him again I don't have time to argue I just want to wash my car. After he kept on arguing again I asked for my credit card & I Left. What a Disaster who hired this guy. If you are looking to wash your car yourself after washing in the car wash , go to this place. I've been couple of times in this car wash and always same problems. If you are looking higher service don't do it because they charge you for that, but you can get regular/cheapest service. For each station there is a 4 vacuums ( two for each side) none of them works. There is no response from the "manager" after your complain. Terrible service. read more

Went to the car wash this morning (10/4/2023). After the wash there was soap all over the sides and back window. Drove to the vacuums, which barely worked and also none of the air worked. I went to speak to the cashier and they told me I could talk to the manger then closed the door on me. I then continued to stand there and he open the door once again, and I asked him where the manager was. He then told me to go to a door on the side of the building and knock so I went to the door and a man came out who claimed to be the manager. I explained to the manager that the car wash left soap all over the sides and my back window and that none of the vacuums worked another customer also complained about the same thing and he said oh I don't know anything it's only my third day on the job which frustrated me and I told him I wanted a refund. He then proceeded to call the owner, and after a few minutes, came back to tell me and the other customer that we could re-wash our cars, which would serve no purpose since the car wash left soap on my car and barely dried it, so I said no I want a refund he then told me the owner said that there were no refunds that we could just re-wash our cars. When I asked him his name, he got frustrated with me and asked me why I needed it. I then asked for the owners name and he would not give me the owners name. He gave me an email and said again he couldn't give me the owners name. But I got his. Edward Chilingaryan. The way I see it is that I paid for a service and I expect that service to be done with no issues. I don't expect a half assed version of the service!! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANYMORE BUSINESS. ****BEWARE**** ZERO STARS!!! THIS CARWASH EQUIPMENT WILL SCRATCH YOUR VEHICLE!!! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Those words should be on all the signs as you enter this establishment. I took my new car here to get washed on 04/12/19 trusting it has state of the art equipment, since it is a fairly new location opened not too long ago. WORST MISTAKE I EVER MADE!!! After my car went through the machines and I pulled out to the vacuum area I immediately noticed a huge scratch on top of my hood. Very obviously made by one if the spinning wheels that scrub the car. I quickly located the manager on site. He stated his name was Aram, he refused to give me his last name or the owners name or phone number (guilty attitude). I asked him to please come see the damage done by the machine on my car and he said, "OK show me". This was pointless as he just walked over to my car looked at the huge scratch and said, "Oh sorry for the damage but our sign at the register says We Are Not Liable For Any Damage". The sign he is referring to does not in any way warn customers about the dangerous faulty equipment they are using to provide their carwash service that can scratch the pai t on your car. I wish I would have checked their Yelp reviews before taking my vehicle there as there is many other reviews of scratches and damage caused by this location and their equipment. I will include pictures of the sign that this establishment feels is enough to warn customers. Also pictures of the scratch. I had to take my car to an auto body shop the next day to be fixed and although it is as good as new this should have been the owners responsibility. I WILL NEVER TRUST THESE AUTOMATIC CARWASH PLACES AGAIN. LESSON LEARNED! I find it ironic that on their Yelp they claim that "customer satisfaction is their main priority" Totally a lie. Aram told me that they will not do anything to help repair the damage they caused. Very shady, dishonest establishment with faulty equipment dont become the next victim. ***BEWARE*** Took my vehicle to this carwash on Fri Oct 5. Ran the car through and as I was exiting an employee was walking towards me with pieces of my car in his hand. Apparently the carwash ripped off the fuel door of my vehicle. I can understand a wiper or an antenna but a fuel door!!! The employee that had the parts of my car in his hand didn't speak English and pointed to another employee that I guess was the manager. The manager, Nick, told me there was no phone number to the company, only an email address, to which I immediately sent an email to. My email contained photos, a copy of the receipt and explained what had happened. Crickets!!!! A second email was sent....crickets again!!! I guess this is the way people do business now.
