It took days for him to make printable and send it to my email. The bill for the inspection was $475 and when I asked what should be done I was told I would need another inspection. Costing $900. What Kurtis called a level 2 inspection. His advice was to tear down the chimney and rebuild because it had been painted. I called out three other companies who said clean it, rebuild the crown, put new caps and it will be fully functional. I would never use this company.

This was not true and although we were able to install it ourselves it was not perfect and we had to replace the liner within a one year. We installed it ourselves again and it leaked around the skimmer until the end of last summer when thoughts of just taking the pool down due having to refill the pool daily entered our minds. Our skills were obviously not up to par in pool liner installation so in March of this year we decided to inquire about getting some help from Haven Pool and Spa. We are so pleased this is what we did. Admittedly, we were taken aback at the price of buying a liner and getting it installed as it was as much as we paid for the pool. However, knowing that it took us days to do it ourselves (and it was not done correctly in the end), forced us to make the decision to have the professionals do it for us. Boy, did it make a difference and we truly wish this is the way we would have done it in 2020.
