Selection leans classic/black-heavy, definitely not as trendy as Calvin Klein or Banana Republic, but it gets the job done on a budget. Because of my athletic-glute build, the salesman steered me to stretch-fabric pants that actually fit comfortably, huge win, and I actually love them. There's only one dressing room, so I waited about 15 minutes behind another customer. Store was noticeably warm the whole time, not the most comfortable shopping vibe. Minor tailoring (hems) is included, which sealed the deal. Solid 3 stars: cheap, functional, and staff knows how to fit different body types. If you want fashion-forward, keep walking, but for an affordable 3-piece suit with free tweaks, it works.

They didn't walk me to the fitting room so I can try on the suit. They make it seem like I know where its at. I don't think I will ever come here again.

She's annoyed if you even ask her a question about stock or to use the dressing room. She answers your questions in a condescending tone. We accidentally left our phone in the store and came back to get it just to find the store closed for a lunch break. Okay, no worries, we can wait! We see said manager come back and lounge around nearby stores and horsing around with other employees. We approach her to ask her to pick up the phone in her store which, again, she is RIGHT NEXT TO. She says "No wait till we open again." Girl, bye. The store is randomly closed early some days?? It has no other employees on a Saturday. Probably because the manager is so insufferable (I wouldn't want to spend shifts with her either). Two stars, just because the place is clean and has a good selection.

When I called the store to ask if they sold gift cards and where exactly in the mall they were located, the nice clerk gave me very good instructions and which mall entrance was closest to Hollister. The store was neat, clean and organized. I think there was only the one gentleman working the store, and he was helping a young man with his order and purchase, so I had to wait a little while. But the clerk nicely told me he'd be with me soon. The fact that he acknowledged my presence and that I'd be next, spoke well of his customer service skills. After he processed my gift card purchase, he made sure to tell me that sometimes the gift card will slip out of the card holder, so make sure it is secure. I'll probably be back since Hollister is my granddaughter's favorite store...

talkative unproductive staff members…read more Imagine ringing someone up to then not even remove the security tags of the item only to ruin someone's Disney trip! Haha! Well I was the victim of this terrible, tragic accident. Store is fairly small. Limited items. Same layout as other hollsiters. Some staff are friendly but despite that, some don't know how to do their jobs. Sadden to say, I only came here because I was in a sudden rush as my flight was leaving soon. But I rather take a 30 minute drive to go elsewhere.
