New to Vaping scene and have been checking out a lot of nearby Vape shops in Orange County. Among all the ones I checked out this one by far topped the charts. It is literally down the street from me so that right there is a huge plus. Being open til 10pm is also an amazing thing for me because I usually do not get off work until 830pm (where the other shops I've been too are already closed by this time). When entering this store you immediately feel welcome and at home; I was greeted right away by everyone who was working at the time. They make it their job to make sure that every customer who enters the store is taken care of. The first thing I noticed was the beautiful custom built tasting bar, the lighting made the entire place extremely inviting. I was talking to the owner (Danny) and he was telling me that things are still progressing and one of the things he was thinking about doing was getting bar stools for the tasting bar so that will be another plus in the future. Everyone working was very nice and informative about all their products. I purchased my K100 mod and the Nimbus RBA and Tony Le hooked me up with a wrap; but any of the guys there can hook you up. They had a wide variety of juices available for tasting and i was informed that it is still growing. My all time favorite juice at the moment is The Five Pawns - Gambit; really does taste like apple pie and vanilla ice cream. I will definitely be returning for all my Vaping needs. read more

new to vaping, a couple of weeks back i did some errands and had kanthal wire on my shopping list, typed Vape into my google maps for the hell of it and Vape & Co poped up. best accidental find ever. these guys are real chill and they know their stuff. even though I went in to just get some kanthal, i walked out with a couple of juices and Danny threw in some wire and cotton for me. Took my brother and girl there and they loved the place too. Went back today and picked up three wonderfully creamy juices, Mr. GV Sundae Fundae, Native Vaporz Sacred Vine, and a new cinnamon toast milk one called Fiasco . but yeah this place really makes me love my new hobby. Exactly how a first visit to an ecig shop should be. I have been vaping since the EVO was the next big thing. I have been to plenty of good shops, and bad ones. I was in a pinch, and had called about 20 shops today to get pods for the Aspire AVP. Nobody had them. I called Sergio, who told me he had two left, and was kind enough to put them on hold for me. Driving out of my way, I was greeted immediately, and he gave me exactly what I needed. However, come to find out it wasn't my pods that were bad, it was the vape itself. I had an idea of how to fix it, but I needed a micro phillips-head screwdriver to do so. I called Sergio back, who not only told me he had the screwdriver, but I could give it a go at fixing it (obviously, he informed me that they were not liable if I broke my vape in doing so. I was willing to take that risk). He was very patient with me while I tinkered around with my vape like a mad scientist. I ended up not fixing it, and decided to quit vaping shortly after. Was down in Irvine on business, so thought I would go check out some vape shops in the area. Checked on yelp and found Vape & Co. First impression was it was a nice shop. Well laid out had the bar for trying juices and in the back was display cases with the various different accessories. Staff was super helpful and patient. I tried a ton of flavors. Settled on some Ben Johnson's Apogee and Mr Good Vapes Karma Cream. Great prices and helpful staff! Def go back if I am in the area. read more

Shout out to Alex Ho cause he's the man... And I love this shop carries everything u need.(if your a savory flavor type.) except cuttwood *grrrr* although I never have a bad experience when Alex is in I have issues with the other worker that's normally there. Had an awk experience with him last night. I walked in and said ,"hey!" Thinking he'd know me by now.. I mean I've bought 4 builds from them (2 from him) and only buy juice there so...(also normally from him.) Yeah I felt like it was highschool all over again waving to someone that pretends not to even see u. I choose out everything I need $145 worth of stuff , then when he goes to slide the card he tells me it's been declined. Although I have my account balance up and know I had the funds. At this point I'm feeling pretty embarrassed so I step out to call my bank. I come back in he keeps telling me it's declined. I call my bank again. Finally , my bank asks me if they've tried keying in the card manually. So I ask him to, he says he can't cause it costs the shop extra for that feature .... Wtf.... I've worked on a fair share of registers. I'm pretty sure all registers allow a manual entry. Besides that, I'm purchasing a pretty big order. Like come on dude. I've been vaping for a little over a year and I've been to plenty of vape shops that have great reviews and have been disappointed in them so I was skeptical coming into vape & co thinking it just might be all hype but to my surprise it's one of the best vape stores I've been to once you walk in everyone at the juice bar will great you right away ask you what you need and will help you to the best manner there is. Their customer service is amazing they let you try all the juice they have before you buy they will let you know if the juice is in stock or not because they are a great shop juice just flies off the shelves I'm in almost once a week to get some juice they have this really good cinnamon toast crunch milk flavor by vigneron vapory it it's defiantly on point! so be sure to follow them on Instagram for all the new updates and restocks!!! If had the option to give this establishment zero stars I would, but I can only give one. Not only was I not greeted, but was treated very poorly, and unprofessionally. It's not even the fact that he didn't greet us, but how we were treated. He made me seem like I didn't even know what I was talking about. I went in because I had to change a coil on my tank, and he basically said that it was because I didn't have e juice in my tank. I obviously knew that. He was just simply rude. It's like he wanted to do the least work as possible. Concluding this review I'd just like to say that I've been to other places and have received far better customer service. This vape shop has friendly service and is open late. The staff is very knowledgeable with different vaporizers. They are the only ones I trust to rebuild my vape. Just got setup with an RDA tank at this shop. Mark was really helpful and knowledgable with the various tanks they had in stock. They have a good selection of juices but they do lack in 100% VG/ organic flavors (which is what I'm all about) which is why I gave them four out of five stars. As for their selection of hardware, I am very satisfied. Overall it's a great local vape shop with friendly and helpful staff that will tend to your needs. read more

I am new into vaping and i decided to visit alot of vape shops in the local orange county area. I yelped most of them and all of the reviews were 4 stars and when i would get there they were horrible. I finally came into Vape & Co and i was instantly greeted and i quickly felt extremely confortable. The guys there at the time were Mark and Thinh they helped me get a vape set up with juice. The prices compared to other shops was very reasonable. Within two weeks i came back to the shop about 6 times with questions and they were always helpful. I now have bought more vapes and atomizers all from Vape & Co. Everything that i have bought from there has never failed me. I went here for the second time today and will never return. I boycotted them for a while after the first visit, but out of convenience I stopped in again today. My boyfriend purchased a tank for me and within 24 hours it broke due to a factory default. I returned to Vape & Co. with the receipt and broken tank, and the owner refused to replace it. He tried to charge me $4 more than the original price listed on my receipt. After much refusal to pay for a new tank, he gave me a replacement. My second recent visit, I yet again needed a new tank. The owner offered to fill the tank for me, then after asking if I was going to purchase juice he rescinded his offer. I have dealt with the same owner both times now and am not impressed. I would rather drive to Laguna Hills to give my money to E-Cig Gallery! read more

Previously I had gone to Vape Life whenever I needed juice and parts, however Vape & Co will now be my "Go-to" shop. Not only does the atmosphere make for a perfect "vape bar/vape lounge" with its juice bar and juice selection (which holds many juices for the "new comers" to "vape-heads") exceed that of many other shop, but the service is SUPERB. The manger Danny is a very outgoing very easy to talk to guy, and most of all EXTREMELY helpful. So I've bought a few mods at various places throughout Orange County and have to say that I was glad to find a quality shop in Irvine near my house with great service and products. I was welcomed by a friendly staff and assisted personally by Thinh who was very knowledgeable and informative. Coming in with my own line of wick and a fully assembled mod, I didn't expect this new vape shop to service me at no cost and spend any time with me. After all, I was asking them to just wire my wick for me and get it firing. However, Thinh sat me down at a table away from the sales counters and took the time to teach me how to wrap my wick and coil it. Step by step he told me how to do something while explaining why we did it that way. I left beyond satisfied, paying nothing at all for the wire and service. Having spent the time with me I now feel confident enough to do it myself. They provided me with wire, tested everything for me, taught me how to do it myself, and made sure I was happy before I left. My first time stopping in to this shop was just a routine drive around the area to find a shop that had a good juice selection, what happened when I attended Vape & Co. made it set the bar for when I visit other shops in the future. Was immediately greeted upon arrival and was able to browse at my own pace while checking out the selection in their case. Once I found what I wanted I was helped by Mark who was very knowledgable and gave me some recommendations on juice before I picked one of his first choices, Ice Princess by Royal Vapour. Hung out at the shop for a while and never felt uncomfortable or unwelcome. That was just my first visit and since then I have stopped by quite a few times to grab some juice or just to relax after a long day. The shop is one of the nicer looking shops I've been to with a nice juice tasting bar. YOU CANT TRY THE JUICES HERE BECAUSE THEIR SAMPLE MODS AND TANKS ARE STRIPPED AND CHEAP AND BROKEN AND THEY WONT REPLACE THEM. You walk in and there's this one guy just sitting there,greets us with his raspy voice because all he's been doing is vaping and there has been no customers all day to the point where he hasn't spoken since he woke up this morning,it's super cold inside,terrible rap music from 2008,looks just like any other vape store with the same color schemes and designs...it gets worse. My fiancé goes to try juice because he's about to spend $22 dollars. He goes to try the juice with their sample mods and the mods are broken...the threads are stripped and won't even fit on the sample mods. The guy working says "oh yeah they don't fit,the tanks are stripped...just hold the tank to the mod and vape it..." Okay well that would be nice if even that would work. My fiancé had to get his vape from his car and bring it in and the tanks STILL wouldn't thread... Long story short he had to buy juice he COULDNT EVEN TRY. Rediculous...not worth going too read more
