Could not give high enough review for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at this O'Reilly's Location. This morning I broke down on my way to work, I live and spend most of my time in southbay or in the peninsula and not being a native Californian,... found myself in a real pickle with no friends or associates remotely close. No consistent uber or Lyft services and having had my bicycle stolen when working in Fresno three weeks ago, I found myself needing to take the heal tow express a touch over five miles each way to get the parts I needed for a road side repair. That's where the staff at this location come in.' This store certainly was not the closest to me,... however In running an online check for the supplies I needed this WAS the nearest store that had everything I needed , in stock. When I called to ask this question, (I'd already purchased my parts and supplies via the oreillys website and selected for customer pickup) is There any way you'd be willing to deliver this order to me on the side of the road intersection of blank and blank where I was broken down and stuck. Rather than be met with an abrupt no the sales associate asked me to hold and after a brief hold the manager of the store was on the line. Not only did he agree to try and work it into the commercial account delivery's for the day,... When they were busy with their usual delivery's and pickups. he took the time out of what I presume was his personal lunch break to bring me my order. Chit chat some friendly small talk and wish me well. It's brief encounters like this that almost make a fella want to break down again the next time I'm passing through. To see the human element working together and for each other is such an amazing and powerful experience. I can't thank you all enough but hopefully people can read this review and see where they should go if ever they find themselves in need of auto parts near Turlock California. Louis helped me today. I can't even say how kind and helping he was. Truly a blessing. Everyone in this location was kind and friendly. I needed a new battery and unlike other places I've been he did NOT try to push the most expensive one on me. He changed it for me and even offered me a donut because I asked about meat by food. I just purchased a cabin and engine filter. The person working there refused to pop the engine filter in as they did last time. Weird because they did it last time, and it was super quick. I went in to get a new battery for my truck and I was a couple cuties away from home. I wanted to see if I could use some of their tools to switch it out since I knew I got a rebate for the core. Ray helped me and we got that battery changed in about 15 min. He was so helpful and such a nice person. I may just make the drive to this store in the future for my auto needs. read more

I'm writing this review for my mother. She had an issue with tie down for her battery. She went to the oreillys on geer. She bought a universal tie down for a very reasonable price. And then Albert the associate that helped her, spent an hour putting it in for her. She was more than happy with the customer service. Albert needs a promotion and a raise. This place is an absolute JOKE!! My husband uses O'Reilly every time he needs parts. He usually goes to the store on Geer rd and let me tell you they have excellent customer service. This specific store on Monte Vista has nothing but excuses and bad management, who ever is in charge of this store needs a wake up call your employees are full of excuses when they have told my husband it is impossible just to get him out the door and he immediately goes to the store on Geer rd and they make it possible? The employees at the store on Geer even apologize for other stores just being lazy and not wanting to do what they get paid to do. This review is not based on a single experience, it is based on multiple experiences!! I did not want to leave a bad review but management needs to look into how the employees are lacking and since I tried to contact management without luck I had no other choice! read more

Called yesterday about a 33 mm socket, they told me they had one and would hold it for me till the next day, they were the only ones in town who had this socket! When I showed up they had sold the one they were holding for me to someone else. Now I have to drive 40 miles to go get another one.... worst Orielly's ever.... read more

I have never been so disrespected and treated so poorly by a business until I visited this store! I will never be shopping at this auto parts store from here on out. After driving almost 6hrs my battery died on me in Turlock ca so I walked over 35min to get to this store, with a dead battery in hand only to be ignored and told that I was "shit out of luck" after explaining that I purchased the battery from them in march of this year they proceeded to tell me they would not help me unless I brought them the original receipt from the store that was 6hrs away...... when I finally gave up on being helped I grabbed my dead battery and was walking out the door when I heard one of the men yell "don't come back and shoot us" and "Mexican lives matter" not only was this extremely immature of them but very rude and uncalled for. I've gone there twice- once for new wipers last year and recently for a fuse that went out for my phone charger. Great customer service. The employees each time came out and installed what I needed replaced. I give these people an A+!!!! read more
