Of the first two glass items he tried selling me, the first was defective and the second was-- that's right-- USED. How unsanitary is THAT? He tried saying it wasn't, when there was visibly several areas of brown residue inside the glass. When I wanted a different one, he behaved as if I was inconveniencing HIM. If time was not against me, I would have happily left and taken my biz elsewhere. He couldn't have been the owner, so whomever the owner is should know that the guy working this evening, a Monday shortly before closing, is not doing them any favors to say the very least.

I recently moved to the Petaluma/Santa Rosa area and I've been looking for a new local smoke shop…read more I've tried a couple others in the area, but it always seems like they're just trying to get you to pay the highest price for the worst items they've got. This place is different. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Yunus, the gentleman working behind the counter. He immediately clocked me as a first time customer and made sure to come over to show me some glassware options. When I declined the first couple for various reasons he didn't push, he just went back to the wall to grab a new one that fit my specifications. When he pulled the one that met all specifications down I assumed he was going to upcharge since he knew that's the one I wanted. But no. He smiled once he realized he had found the one I was looking for and gave me a little first timer discount! We continued chatting whilst he helped me find a small grinder and a bag for my new glass piece. He showed me how the odd little grinder works and helped me find a bag that would fit the piece perfectly! Cant say enough about the kindness that Yunus showed me!
