Someone told me about Seatco and I took it there for an estimate and left it for couple of days. They took out some other areas which cleared the leaks! Recently noticed a water leak inside my vehicle underneath the driver's floor mat....Went to my go…read moreto shop, Rollison's Auto who looked at it and stated the drainage system was either clogged or line broken, that runs rain water along your vehicle and to the ground....dampness was also discovered in other areas also...Rollison stated they don't do that kind of repair and recommended either a dealership for my 2007 Lincoln Towncar....or CHONG'S UPHOLSTERY....I chose Chong... Went directly there and he advised me to return the next day when he opened at 9am....I did and he started looking at my vehicle immediately.... He found the leaks and source after about an hour....All told it took him about 3 hours to complete the work and explained to me fully the problem...My vehicle has a sunroof and if anyone has a leakage problem at all, Mr Chong is the person to visit.... His price was reasonable and I hate to think what a dealership would have charged me as I had made an appt. with one for 5 days later... Mr. Chong and I had a lively conversations as I waited for my vehicle...Me being 78yrs old and not an expert on reading people but prefer them to show me their character and integrity, I can say with assurance, you will not meet a more honest and professional person not interested in gouging a consumer than Mr. Chong....and that is why I rated him five stars without hesitation....This guy knows his stuff!!!!!! Claimed Covid was to blame for shipping delays. It's been over 2 years. He changed the business name to "AUTO TOP AND UPHOLSTERY" to avoid legal proceedings. So Fabrion is no longer and you will have trouble suing him due to no longer working under the same name. Now he works out of a self-storage building so you have to go through a secure gate to get to his location. Can't even see him in person. Never give him your credit card number, you will be sorry and lose your money.

These guys did a terrible job with my mustang. They reupholstered the seats and were supposed to…read morere-dye the dashboard and armrests. When I got the car back, multiple wrinkles in the seats, misalignment of the welting, and the dye was flaking off everywhere. I brought up the problem and they attempted to fix it...and still problems persisted. Ended up disputing some of the charges and ended up going to a different upholstery shop to get their crappy job fixed. Also had to go back because they forgot to install parts (seat back bumpers and seat latch retainer) It is so clear they rushed the job. And now, the dye job is flaking off again (armrest), so I will have to probably take the car to a different shop to get that fixed. I am happy these guys are closed...when one pays as much as I did for this job, you expect a quality job...not something rushed. If I had known the terrible job that was going to happen, I never would have gone to them in the first place. I am happy they are closed.
