I had an appointment at 9am for a yellow caliper color change and when I got there I was told that…read morethey have to create the color that I had already asked for prior before to making the appointment. I waited over an hour before they even got the paint ready. They took my car to the back almost 2 hours later and said they would get started. Over 4 hours later I tell them that I need to pick up my kids at 3 and asked for an update. I was told it was almost done several times and that they were going to put on the caliper decals. Time continues to pass and now I'm late to go get my kids and am extremely frustrated. I look at the guy painting my calipers after telling him multiple times that I have to leave and he keeps giving me the run around. I later see yellow caliper spray floating out of the area where he is working..so it's almost 3PM and he is still painting my calipers! I get my car back at around 250PM after forcing them to give me my car and still had to drive 30 minutes to get my kids. Mind you I was told when I first arrived that my car would take around 3 to 4 hours and should be done by 1pm My calipers were still wet.. I had drips and areas still not painted and tape still over the decals. The rear calipers didn't even have decals on them. I had over spray on all 4 fenders of my car and spent another hour when I got home getting off all the over spray off of my almost 7k PPF on my car They had my car for over 4 hours once the paint was ready and it seems like the guy got started on my car within the last hour of me being there. I am so disappointed and frustrated with all the time wasted at this place. I called off work for this and was late in getting my kids and didn't even leave for what I paid for . I called the location to speak with someone and they are purposely ignoring me and not being helpful in fixing the problem. Also I went back a couple days after to try to resolve the situation and get them redone on the front two calipers and the pictures are the result from the second time!

Called no response. 5/14 came around, meet at the shop to check out the work. Very disappointed, he didn't stripped the powder coat down like previously request, paint straight on top of powder with no primer. (Like a botch job). Asked eddie martinez (the business owner) why he did this?. His response was "I was from job to job and didn't have time and asked a friend to finish for me". Utter disappointment, and somehow I felt bad for the guy and believed the story. So i decided to extend the lead date so he can proper finish the job. 5/19 Asked if the wheels were ready to pick up. And eddie's excused was "my parents got to a car accident and can't do it rn". I don't understand why he has to lie like that and provide misinformation. So i want to give him the last chance to do it and asked if he can get it done Friday 5/29. He said "he'll do it". 5/29 came around ask him if is done, no response. Told him i would be there pick up the wheel 3pm. But want to come in early to check his credibility. Trusted my instinct, i was right, played me By a fool, didn't strip down, said he'll sand blasted to clear out all the chipping. Didn't go through with it. Btw, the job is ($500), asked for a full refund, said that was labor and paint he going to eat. Only refund $400, with damaged rims. Have to draft a demand letter through my attorney and request his to pay me. Then caved in and willing to only refund the $400. Thieves stealing $100 from me. Don't do business with him ever, only want cheap and fast job. No business license and worked within a bodyshop, have to escalate through the shop owner for him to call back and pay up.

The repair came out great and it took around two days. Tony came to my house and picked up the wheel. Unfortunately the paint correction did not match the rim and also my tire was leaking where the repair was made (it wasn't leaking even when the rim was dented). So I contacted Tony again to see what he can do. He said the paint came off the machine and that's what it analyzed it as and was willing to do it again so I said sure since the paint came out black instead of blue. He also offered to check on the tire and rebead the seal. So he picked up the wheel again, and this time it took almost two weeks to be done with the repair and this was only the tire portion. He advised that the paint correction would take another couple of days. Honestly just wanted the wheel back since I was out of a car for two weeks already and who knows how much longer it would take to get the wheel back. He came and dropped it off and installed the wheel and the tire is holding air for now, but he did recommend me to just get a new tire if it leaks again which I will do. This time though, when I got the wheel back, it had a new chip near the center which wasn't there before from the original pick up nor the first repair. As far as value and convenience of picking up and delivering goes, I'd say it's fair and beats the competitors. Otherwise, I wasn't too thrilled about the repair. Update: Bumped up one star since tire repairs aren't part of their job description and Tony went out of his way to do it. Leaving it 3 stars due to paint issues and poor communication where I have to ask for updates every couple of days.
