Gave me a price quote, worked with me when it was time to have the job done. Came on time (a little early actually!) Their workers bees work quickly and quietly despite having to drill into cement patios. They scrubbed and cleaned all traces of termite dust (and even a little more!) Washed down and swept out their work areas. I was concerned when I was told that I might see some activity after they left but it would be gone in a day or two---but I haven't seen a thing...anywhere. They were polite, clean. Company delivered what they promised, was a pleasure to work with and they let me have input on how to attack the very sensitive drilling that is required for termite construction.....Must be careful where you drill not to hit underground plumbing and electrical lines and the tech worked with me to review the property schematics. If you would have asked me a month ago, even 2 weeks ago, I would have given Varsity 10 stars. The Varsity team up to this point has been nothing but wonderful. They took care of our termite problem and and had an excellent response time when we had recurring infestations. Because of this, we chose to call them when we noticed we had a kangaroo rat problem in our front yard. They responded quickly and efficiently as usual but flash forward to a week later and they still have not put traps down after informing us that they would 24 hrs after the initial inspection. Since last week, we've been calling Everyday, and everyday they tell us tomorrow. I understand that scheduling issues happen and people call on sick, but I expected them to atleast communicate delays with us as opposed to us constantly calling them. Just very dissapointed, especially since they have treated this property since my mother owned it. read more

I live in San Tan Valley. The termite coverage on my home warranty was almost up, so I reviewed companies and invited Varsity out for their free inspection even though I didn't see any signs for termites and spray regularly. Don called ahead of the scheduled time and asked to come early. I agreed and he arrived on time. He was told he was there to do a basic prevention, but handled the free inspection with no up selling. He was professional during the whole inspection, took time to discuss and advise on AZ termites and then hung around briefly to make small talk on our common Midwest roots even though there was no money in it for him during that visit. I was very impressed with Varsity and Don overall. He did explain their treatment plans at the end of my appointment (which seemed very reasonably priced) should I have needs beyond the spraying I already do. Should that need arise, I would definitely call on Varsity. read more

We called several companies to give us estimates for termite extermination and we found Tony and Varsity to be the best. He came out and was very professional, informative, and more knowledgable than the other two. His price was fare and we chose his company over the others because he was so thorough during the inspection/estimate. The workers came out today and I was impressed by their work and professionalism as well. They worked for 4 hours straight in 103 degree heat without a break. They cleaned up so well I couldn't even tell they had been there!!! When they were finished they walked us through and told us everything they did and gave us detailed invoice as to what they did as well. I was very impressed and now I hope I don't have anymore termites. I chose their 5 year warranty plan which was a little bit less than the other companies. We were having our master bath remodeled and on the first dat of the project our contractor found that we had termites. Because our remodel was a multi week project with several different crews coming in to do different parts of the work everything was on a timeline and any major delay would create quite a problem. The first pest control company we contacted was a national company which couldn't come our for an inspection for three days. We searched Yelp and found Varsity and contacted them explaining our problem. The owner was able to be at our house the next day and worked with our contractor to treat for termites quickly which prevented any delay in the project.
