One of our favorite dishes of the evening was the chicken liver pâté. It was rich, smooth, and incredibly flavorful. My only suggestion would be a few more pickled onions to provide just a touch more acidity and balance. The morel risotto was probably our least favorite dish. The texture was wonderfully creamy, but it felt a bit under-seasoned and could have used a little more depth of flavor. The roasted half chicken was outstanding. The skin was perfectly crisp while the meat remained juicy and tender. It paired wonderfully with the chimichurri sauce and cranberry beans. If I were to change one thing, I might swap out the roasted romaine for something like sautéed kale or another hearty green that would complement the dish a bit better. For dessert, we had the dark chocolate and pistachio terrine. It was rich and satisfying, though I think an extra sprinkle of flaky salt would have elevated the flavors even further. As of this year, I've made it a staple spot for my vegan and vegetarian options. I've been told that they have mostly organic and fresh produce, which I'm looking forward to checking out in the near future. On my most recent trip, I connected with their deli and hot bar, which is small but not lacking in options. The salad bar has a very well-seasoned balsamic tofu, which is my favorite. I've also purchased some of their Seitan options in the frozen food area that's decent. Overall, I truly love this place. It comes equipped with a decent-sized deli dining area / small shop complete with WiFi services in the back. There you can hang out, eat, or indulge in friendly conversations. The customers, deli, produce, and cashier clerks all come together to create a uniquely neighborhood, friendly atmosphere.

If I want crap in a can I can get it at Whole Foods and at least they still have real eggs.
